Great apartment in a great location in Morzine, very central.

The location of the apartment was ideal for both ski lifts. The Super Morzine lift was closer top the apartment, while The Pleney lift was another 5 mins walk. There is a large supermarket just round the corner, a few mins walk away, with a large range of foods for sale. The apartment had all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. As we were late in checking in, we had all the instructions that was needed to gain access to the apartment. We were given these the day before our arrival. We had also informed them of our estimated arrival time and departure time to help them with the logistics of the cleaning of the apartment. There was a gym/spa onsite but we did not use this. The building had a few apartments, and our apartment was on the 3rd floor. There is a lift, which was handy for the luggage.

We did try to use the vacuum cleaner on our last day however, I think the filter required changing.

Basic accommodation in a good location but felt my belongings weren’t looked after. There is no where to securely store

Convenient location to super Morzine lift.

Sadly I left a drawer full of clothes, which was entirely my fault. But I contacted the property by whatsapp, text, phone call and through booking.com messages immediately. Obviously the clothes had been found and although Aiglon were able to contact me for arrival times, arrival process, mid week asked for the local taxes to be paid and departure information, they were not able to communicate quickly with me about my missing clothes. My daughter was still in Morzine and she was waiting to pick up the clothes for me. The apartment did finally reply and said they had bagged the clothes in a bin liner and left them behind reception for my daughter to collect. But literally minutes later they text to say the cleaner had binned all my clothes. This was several designer jumpers, a brand new pair or jeans and several lovely like new tops which had suddenly been ‘binned’!! Although it was my fault in leaving the clothes, I do feel the Aiglon could have taken greater care over my clothes, especially as my daughter was on hand to immediately collect them. Maybe not put them in a bin liner, or leave them on the floor, or popped a post it note on the bin bag, or left them on the reception desk, Or even told the cleaner the clothes were being collected. It was a very expensive loss for me, in the region of £500 and I feel the Aiglon didn’t try their best in looking after my belongings. Was this bag of designer clothes really binned??!

Great apartment

Great location, apartment was well laid out, was warm ( it was particularly cold whilst we were there) and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close walking distance to the ski lift and village. Communication for the booking was great too.

It would be good to have somewhere secure to lock up bags on the day of departure

The apartment was warm in the afternoons during unusually hot weather, but fine later in the day Bike storage is communal, so best to bring your own lock Garage is only 1.85m tall so we couldn't fit our van in.

location was perfect when staying in Morzine, couple of minutes from supermorzine lift and the town centre. Apartments are well equipped and spacious. Beds super comfy. Facilities for mountain bikes to resolve bike issues and the bike wash a real bonus

Great apartment, excellent location and the sauna was a bonus after skiing. Charlotte was very efficient and really good at communicating all the necessary information.

This place was perfect for us.

I loved this place, it was perfect for our family, it would be perfect for any small group on a cycling trip. The rooms were fantastic, lots of space, great facilities and great location. Charlotte was so friendly and helped us, she pointed us in the right direction re the trails, she let us stay for a late check out and was super responsive from start to finish.

Exceptional

Staff were amazing from initial booking and throughout our week in Aiglon. Very supportive. Communication spot on. Helpful advance information about airport transfers and a great system where lift passes can be booked in advance and collected at reception on arrival. Duplex appt 12 fitted our family needs perfectly- from Grandparents down to small baby, each of us with ample private space in ensuite bedrooms and a very spacious living area to gather in. Facilities great. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Duplex 12 was beyond our expectations. Location again perfect- so close to everything, easy walking distances. Really not wishing to detract in any way but worth mentioning that our bedrooms faced the main street. There was some noise as people passed by leaving bars in the night. But this was minor in what was otherwise a fabulous stay at Aiglon. Our thanks to the staff there.

A great hotel in a great location

The hotel is located within a 5min walk to the Avoriaz gondola and 10mins to the Morzine gondola. The spa facilities were great to use after a long day skiing or first thing in the morning to loosen up. The room was clean and tidy on arrival with a nice lounge area we could all relax in.

The beds were quite firm and hard and difficult to get truly comfortable in. The gym shown on the site isnt actually included for within the hotel and needs to be purchased separately. On numerous occasions the showers ran out of hot water, and had to wait around 30 minutes for more to heat up and come through the pipe

Can't recommend if you are tall

Central location close to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Very forthcoming when we had to reschedule on short notice.

Really short and uncomfortable beds. Can't recommend for anyone above 1,80m. One of the rooms was so small you had to squeeze by the toilet to get into the shower, while one of the other rooms was so big that it was wasting space. Visible mold in one of the bathrooms and poor cleaning overall. Very small sauna. Could easily get packed in the high season. Gym not included in the price. Not enough comfortable seating for more than 3 people in the living area.
