Lovely cosy warm clean chalet in a calm place but only few mins from the centre

Lovely view from the balconies. Warm and well equipped modern bathrooms. Cleaned well and daily. Spa facilities lovely.

Minimal to no basic convenience products e.g. tea towels, hand soap, tea, coffee etc. Side lamps in the main living area would help.

Easy arrival, well looked after. A quiet room in the chalet - the room was a hotel room, with the benefit of a large comfortable lounge, television area, professional kitchen plus veranda and few other guests at this time of year.

The Wifi didn't really work - local mobile network didn't work either so the 4G box the hotel gave me which relies on the phone network didn't make up for the WiFi not being sufficient. But, I had much better things to do with my time in Les Gets and the alps around than doom scroll!

Beautiful place in excellent position in Les Gets Village, calm but close to town, shops, lifts, restaurants. Amazing view of the valley. Excellent place for bikers with adequate facilities. Satisfactory breakfast. Kind and very well trained staff. Without any doubt, a reference for a stay in Les Gets.

Pleasant enough stay

The property was clean and well decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very good. We enjoyed having a garden space at the back for our dog.

There was a lack of attention to detail - no soap at all, no dishwasher tablets and old fashioned utensils (for example the tin opener was unusable). The instructions were to leave the kitchen clean or pay for the cleaning, but there was no kitchen cleaner provided so I had to ask the cleaners to lend me theirs. 1 of the showers barely worked and the power of the other was very low.

Location was fine, room was very clean, if a little small

Other guests or staff were noisy late into the evening and early the next morning. The orange juice left for me at breakfast was in a used apple juice bottle and obviously not clean, as within one hour I had a very loose stomach. the 'fantastic breakfast' was actually very poor.

Nice venue but probably at its best during the main summer and winter seasons.

The hotel was clearly out of season so finding someone to register with upon arrival was awkward. Breakfast was average at best.

This is not really a hotel but a collection of chalet apartments. They are nice chalets but the service was rather lacking being out of season.

An amazing chalet to rest & relax

The whole chalet is so beautiful especially with an outdoor sauna just outside the room. Jacuzzi and small pool are additional advantage during the rainy day when we check in. Plenty of kitchen utilities to be used for big group but there's no small pots tho.

No supply of smaller pots. Not enough kitchen tools like spatula and so.

Le chalet était magnifique! Une super vue sur la forêt. Bien équipé pour cuisiner, plusieurs toilettes ce qui est bien agréable en famille ! Très calme. J ai adoré mes moments au spa ou j ai eu la chance d etre seule! Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Deuxième séjour aux Chalets Adelphine, et toujours aussi satisfaits ! L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel, le chalet est parfaitement équipé et très confortable. L’endroit est idéal, calme et agréable, ce qui est parfait aussi bien pour un séjour en couple que pour travailler sereinement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous avons pris l’option petit déjeuner en plus cette fois ci, un régal!

Le cadre était magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux et tout était parfaitement organisé. J’ai vraiment apprécié chaque moment passé ici. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Magnifique lieu de séjour avec prestations haut de gamme

La qualité du logement et des services

Le fait que les clés soient directement mises dans le logement. Un autre locataire s'est trompé de chalet, du coup nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans notre logement. Il serait préférable de changer la remise des clés. Comme nous devons passer par l'hôtel Alpina, autant remettre les clés à ce moment, cela éviterait les erreurs. Ceci dit le personnel a été très réactif et nous a offert des prestations pour la gêne occasionnée, le service client est exempt de tout reproche, bravo. C'est devenu rare et il est important de le souligner !

il n'était, il me semble, pas explicite que les clés devaient être cherchées dans un autre établissement mais celui ci se trouvait juste à coté.

Un très bon séjour dans les chalets d'Adelphine

La tranquilité, le confort, la propreté, le restaurant était très bon avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, l'accessibilité de la piscine-SPA et puis ils ont accepté mes chiens, dans les châlets et dans le restaurant :)

Il y aurait eu la clim ça aurait vraiment été parfait.

L'espace des chalets est génial. L'accès aux parties détentes est très agréable.

De ne pas pouvoir gérer la température de la chambre est gênant. Le robinet de la salle de bain n'est pas agréable.

endroit confortable, spacieux et environnement calme

Quelques toiles d'araignées dans les chambres, manque de chiffon et de produits d'entretien puisque la cuisine doit être nettoyée par nos soins, il serait bien d'avoir déjà le produit. Les douches doivent subir un nettoyage anticalcaire. Et il devrait afficher le type de matelas disponible dans chaque chambre afin que les clients puissent choisir le meilleur en raison de problèmes de dos.

Le chalet est agréable, bien situé, le personnel agreable, ,

12,50€/personne : on nous livre le petit déjeuner au chalet ce qui est appréciable, mais il n y a pas autant de viennoiseries qu il y a de convives, il faut les réclamer

La cuisine est équipée de différents electro ménager : il y a une bouilloire mais les sachets de thé, tisane… ne sont pas mis à disposition. Idem pour la salle de bain : il n y avait pas de produit pour la douche (gel douche, savonnette…) ; dans la cuisine il y a un ouvre boite qui n ouvre pas. Le matériel mériterait de être vérifié

Emplacement super avec possibilité de partir à ski à moins de 100 mètres. Chambre grande et très lumineuse. Salle de bain super. Très belle réalisation Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent Les petit-déjeuners sont parfaits.

Espace bien-être trop petit pour le nombre de chalet et jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas toujours à par cela agréable et fait du bien
