Het bovenste appartement verdient een renovatie voor deze prijs.

Gemma is brilliant and kept in amazing contact with us even though our flight was really delayed. The apartment is close to the centre of town and the Mont Chery lifts, great for skiing and walking.

The apartment is a little bit tired and needs a bit of love. Nothing that would stop you having a great time, but enough to be aware of.

Le côté cosy et proche de mont cherry . La literie est très propre et fraîche. Chaud les chauffages fonctionnent très bien . L’aménagement est sympa . On se sent vite à l’aise. Personnel de contact très agréable et s’organise pour que le séjour se déroule tout bien.

Manque de lumières fonctionnelles .Le studio pourrait gagner en ménage de fond. Mettre un balai et balayette à dispo pr le quotidien ou aspirateur plus efficace. La poignée du lavabo salle de bain n’est pas facilement accessible (pas très pratique).manque place pour skis

good location to the piste and lifts. very quick transfer from Geneva. the ground floor flat is very nice and modern.

The key collection was a very nervous affair as we flew in from London into Geneva ( 1 hour away from the resort) but initially the hosts said that because we would arrive after 7pm ( we flew in at 10pm) we would not be able to check in that night and to find somewhere else that first night..which was both annoying and stressful, especially when it turned out we could have use the key box (which we eventually had to do anyway). The apartment we paid for ( ground floor flat) was not the one we were provided as the ground floor flat is newer and more up to date and freshly refurbed whilst the top flat is old and not very nice. the Host were kind to recognise this and gave us the partial refund at least.
