    This is an family run homestay hostel near the centre of Sapa. You'll receive an incredibly warm welcome from the hosts here, a really friendly local family. I stayed in the dorm. Its modern, clean and very comfortable, including the bathrooms. I had a very good stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

    Cheap place nice stay now Air con but they have fans so not a problem did come during rainy season so weather was not the best but staying was worth it

    Location is pretty good right in front of the lake. The accommodation also felt pretty clean. The banh mi next door was tasty. There was no AC BUT it was too noisy and smelly to keep the window open. The floor is slippery. The toilet door cannot be shut from the outside. The towels were really thin.
