    Our stay is really comfortable and the hotel is equipped with basic amenities. We also appreciate the free breakfast such as fruits, sausages, boiled and fried eggs and of course the fried rice. Their coffee is also the best. The location is quite steep but it is easily accessible by grab. The view is also overlooking the maintain ranges which is unforgettable. It is also a walking distance going to the Sun Plaza Station and the City Center. Upon chekout, the staff allowed us to leave our things in the lobby and they even let us use their toilet when we fetched our luggages. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable stay.

Not only were she incredibly accommodating, but she warm and welcoming attitude made the entire experience seamless and delightful. ​It is rare to encounter individuals so dedicated to delivering outstanding support.     We had a wonderful stay here, the owner is accomodating and nice. The place is near to city center with few minutes walking, it's just that it is a hill up. Facilities are available and the view of the mountain and lake is very nice. Daily we have a housekeeping. A suggestion of a bathroom mat or entrance mat should be provided so that the water or dirt will not be taken inside the room.

    Ok let’s be totally honest, we only booked this hotel because of the good reviews… first the good points 1 - Lady on reception was friendly and kind 2 - the room was clean on arrival 3- plenty of hot water Now for the bad points 1- in room safe didn’t work 2- tv remote was missing 3- wifi was dreadful (lady gave us a booster plug 36 hours after arrival) 4- half the plug sockets in the room didn’t work 5- toilet blocked on first use 6- noise at night with dogs barking and karaoke and other guests ( not good sound proofing) 6- cockerels going off from 04.30 right next door making sleep almost impossible 7- Breakfast was buffet and not of good quality and only Luke warm 8- the cleaning staff did not serve our room despite leaving the sign on the door Quite possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in for our 5 week trip t to though Vietnam
