Amazing property with a small garden, lake view and such a cozy place. Me and my family had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend the place. I wish I had more time to stay, but we had to travel back. There were books to read, CDs / music to play and watch and soft toys for kids. The thought behind creating such a space is amazing.

The approach of the staff present onsite when we had mistaken our check out time. Firstly check out times aren't consistent throughout the UK and we moved nearly 15 hotels / accommodations throughout our trip of 1 month travelling all parts of the UK and Scotland. Some check out at 10 AM, some at 11 AM, and some at 12 noon. So if we misunderstood it, its ok to come and explain, but the lady was rather harsh and straight asked us to check out immediately. We told her we will in 15 mins and she comes back and says we have to charge you an additional fee. Either maintain a standard checkout time or if there is flexibility in check out, then we expect the property to be flexible in terms of the experience you're providing. We are also from the hospitality business and run a travel company. We have customers of all sorts and we need to handle them, not create a bad experience for them. Even after all this, I would say, the stay was amazing. The property was top notch and you will really enjoy your time here. Hence happy with everything, but the staff.

Beautiful spacious house equipped with everything you require with great location.

Location was good, parking, nice rooms , well stocked kitchen, private garden.

Wifi did not work for the duration of stay. Garden hedges need pruning to better enjoy the view.
