My husband and I had the best stay! Magdaline was so sweet, welcoming, accommodating. I spoke to her on the phone the day before about weather and she welcomed us with open arms! Our room was very clean and cozy with great views of the mountains. This was our best hotel stay this vacation. We'll be returning here for our next stay.

We got stuck in a snowstorm, and they were nice enough to not only make sure we were able to check in, even though we showed up minutes before 10 pm, but even kept the bar open for us! It was much needed after driving through Glencoe in a snowstorm! The sweet woman there also gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant when we arrived in Inverness. They suggested the Highlander, and it was delicious!

Very friendly welcome by young gentleman who was very helpful, room was very clean , very quiet as I was only one in hotel due to season I’m sure.
Limited parking next to hotel but I was able to park as only one in hotel.

The location was fine, it has a bar and the bedroom was very comfortable.
There is no breakfast and the staff are not always there during the day, so you have no idea whether they are inside or not or if they have gone elsewhere. A family arrived at 3pm and nobody was inside to accommodate them.
