I had a lovely stay at Skye View – Skye Bridge House. The room was comfortable, clean, and very homey, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The space is well cared for and has everything needed for a pleasant visit. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A lovely place to stay near the Skye Bridge. Our room was very comfortable. everything we needed. It's great value and better decorated than other places nearby where friends that we travelled with, stayed. We won! Perfect if looking for a clean, quiet and cosy base to explore Skye, Applecross peninsula etc. Happily stay again.

It was reasonably located in an estate just outside the main village. A short walk to an excellent viewpoint at the top of the hill. It was great to walk across the Skye Bridge and fairly easy to book a seat on a citylink bus to Portree. Hector's Bothy in the village provided outstanding breakfasts and the Kyle Hotel's food was pretty good and the bar was good for watching football or having a drink. The view from the bedroom was lovely stretching up and down the Kyle and over to Skye. It was very clean and well kept. The shower had good water pressure but took a while for the water to run warm, so don't give up or fiddle with the knobs. We were in room 3 upstairs. It was easy to check in and communication was good.
It was a very basic room with a double and a single but nowhere to sit comfortably except the bed. Would have been a squeeze for 3 people but was just about ok for 2. My wife was cold a lot of the time as the heating was mostly off but there was an electric radiator in the room but that took a long time to make a difference. There was no room for a bedside table on one side of the double bed.
