Cigarette smell! Strange behaviour of owner.

Good apartment, pet friendly, garage.

A decent apartment, with a garage and pet-friendly, but the smell of cigarette smoke that hits you in the nose as soon as you enter, despite the toxic air freshener the owner placed in the bathroom, seriously ruins the impression of the place. Very much so. Also, the owner’s behavior was somewhat strange: on the day of departure he decided to wake us up without any warning by ringing the doorbell, just to make sure we wouldn’t miss the VERY early check-out. 10:00! Unheard of for 840€ for 3 nights. That’s why the rating is so low. Very poor WiFi.

Fantastic apartment close to airport and 20 mins from Salzburg old town

Overall: Great, spacious apartment 20 mins from Salzburg old town. I would recommend staying here. About us: 2x adults, 1x 4 year-old from Australia. Duration: 7 nights, early Dec 2025. - Great, spacious 2 bedroom apartment close to the airport and a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre (multiple and frequent bus services available. Note Salzburg does not have metro or trams). - Quiet neighbourhood - Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, including proper espresso coffee machine and beans. 3 supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk. - Lots of thoughtful things for travellers - hooks, shelves, etc. Ample space to store clothing in bedrooms. - Artur was a super attentive host - even going so far as to drop off some new kitchen knives after I noted the ones in the apartment were blunt (a perpetual proplem with most apartments we have stayed at over the last 2 months travelling).

Superb Stay in Salzburg

The apartment was excellent - very clean and tidy. The host was very accommodating and attentive, offering immediate support when we needed assistance. There was ample information regarding restaurants and other leisure activities. Plenty of hot water etc. We will be returning for sure.

City break in Salzberg

Lovely apartment, very nice outdoor patio area. Handy for bus into Salzberg, and easy access to main roads when we hired a car. Artur was very helpful, and printed the pdf for us when we had issues accessing the guest mobility ticket.

Excellent apartment in Salzburg

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious apartment which was exceptionally well-equipped. Our host, Artur, was extremely caring, attentive and very communicative. The underground private car parking was excellent and the outdoor area was a real bonus. The proximity of public transport (bus station approximately 200m away) made accessing Salzburg really easy.

Loved the accommodation but wouldn’t return because of communication problems with landlord.

Loved the homely feel and how well equipped it was. it also had a garden with table and chairs and the location was good. taxi rank and bus stop within walking distance.

A couple of small mirrors close to a socket in bedrooms would have been useful. The main problem was the fact that we could not contact the owner as he never answers his phone unless it is a text message. I lost my purse with my cards and house key and couldn’t contact him and had to chap doors and ask for help to find a hotel for the night. I sent him around 6 text messages and left voicemails. Don’t know what we would have done if it wasn’t for the help from a neighbour as our phones were also low on charge. It was a highly stressful experience!

There was nothing in te bedroom beside the bed to put a book and glasses or a Clock on it, I took a chair from the dining table.

Die Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz, das tolle Bad mit hoher Luxusbrause auch für 2m Menschen, schöner Badewanne und sehr schönem Waschtisch und Spiegelschrank. Super ausgestattetes Medienrack mit großem Flachi, Sky, Youtube, Prime, Netflex und Öffi-Mediatheken. Gute Küchenazsstattung, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Gute Betten und extrem viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Sehr netter Vermieter, bei dem Verlängern ganz easy war.

Die Spülmaschine wusch im unteren Korb schlecht.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Alles war perfekt, vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise. Tiefgarage im Haus

Nachteiig war der Lärm des gegenüberliegenden Wertstoffhofes.
