Very enjoyable - would stay here again
The host was friendly and met us at the apartment and explained everything. It was during the heatwave and so me and my 2 children appreciated having everything made easier. The tram line was less than 5 minutes walk away, the supermarket was 10 minutes walk away (or a tram stop) so that was easy as well. The place was in a safe neighbourhood o would definitely stay here again.

Плюсы: 1. Легко найти дом, хозяйка встретила лично, очень пунктуальная, в доме есть лифт 2. Идеальная чистота, достаточно полотенец 3. Стиральная и посудомоечная машины 4. Большая терраса из спальни и балкон с кухни 5. Кофемашина 6. Центральное отопление, работает по расписанию 7. Smart TV 8. Идеальное расположение 2 остановки на трамвае до аэропорта, 2 остановки до супермаркета Esselunga, 8 остановок до вокзала Santa Maria Novella.
Минусы: 1. Кондиционер не работает зимой, в спальнях очень холодно и очень холодные полы, дети сразу заболели. 2. Нет сейф-бокса для ключей или виртуального ключа для самостоятельного заезда/выезда, обязательно нужно ждать хозяйку когда выезжаешь с квартиры, просто оставить ключи не достаточно. 3. При входе стоит камера, нет ощущения приватности. 4. Нет детского стула для кормления.
