The apartment very clean and in a great location. The photos on booking.com are a fair representation of the apartment. Sheets, pillows and quilts were provided and were of a good standard. The kitchen was well equipped and there were TV’s in several rooms.
I did not like being charged 20 euros for the week for Wi-Fi that was extremely slow and could not be used in most rooms of the apartment. I most definitely did not like being asked to pay 5 euros per person per week (20 euros for the four people staying) to have towels, hand towels and bath mats provided that were very old and sub-standard. The heating in the apartment was initially almost non existent, given that it was winter in the mountains we were freezing for the first couple of days. We were told not to turn the heating above 19.8c. The heating did not come on until 9.00am and was turned off early in the evening. After a few days the heating situation was somewhat resolved with the host when she allowed us to increase the set temperatures. The apartment still remained very cold in the mornings with guests having to wear their ski gear to stay warm. We believe there are better and more enjoyable places to stay in the wonderful town of Campitello.
