Apartment was very clean and comfy. Location is top tier for skiers! Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom seems to be new/renovated and is very spacious

The only thing that was not as expected, was the fact that due to the fact that our apartment was not in the main building (entry was from outside), it would be quite challenging to use SPA/sauna area. We would have to walk outside and on the staircase of the main building in swimsuits, as SPA is lacking changing room. You might change at the toilet, but shelves with towels are too small to keep there clothes. Maybe not a deal breaker, but because of that we didn't use SPA at all. Also it is open only from 16 to 19, would be nice to use it in longer period during skiing rest day

Great place to stay for skiing in Dolomites.

Great location, excellent spa on site, spacious rooms. 2 ski rentals next door. Walking distance to lift. Parking in front of the building.

Spa only open 16 to 19, ski room is somewhat tiny. But those are minor things.

Misrepresented pricing

Great location close to ski lifts

Price advertised was a lot below charged price. Taxes & extras ended up being 50% more than advertised price. Plus on arrival another 40 Euro charged for linen for one person. Also guests expected to remove all rubbish from apartment and take 200 meters up the road to dump, not very appropriate for a serviced apartment.

Mooie ligging maar duur betaald appartement

De afstand tot de gondel was perfect! De wellness is super. Lorenzo is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Goedkope bedden, niet complete en niet functionele inventaris (denk aan pannen die niet bruikbaar meer zijn), super gehorig (je kunt letterlijk de bovenburen horen) en terwijl we ook daar fors voor hebben betaald ontvingen we maar 1 set handdoeken en theedoek.

Super lokalizacja, kilka minut piechotą od 2 wyciągów. Obok restauracje, sklep, wypożyczalnie sprzętu. Bardzo fajne SPA - dwie sauny, strefa relaksu i Jacuzzi mieszkania dobrze wyposażone, czyste, przestronne dostępna narciarnia, pralka, suszarki Super miejsce!

Kunstiges und schönes Apartment, kann man nur weiter empfehlen

Modernes Zimmer, zumindest im Erdgeschoss. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Das Apartment Haus hat eine perfekte Lage zu mehreren Restaurants, einem Supermarkt, mehreren Skiverleien und den beiden Liften.

Es gab eine große Schrank, allerdings mit viel zu wenigen Einlegeböden, so dass man nicht alle Sachen vernünftig unterbekommen hat.

Schönes Bad, eigentlich schöner Wellnessbereich, tolle Lage.

Winziges Zimmer für 3 Personen. Im „Wellnessbereich“ steht: ab 16 Jahre, es waren jeden Tag nur Kinder im Pool, das Personal hat sich nicht gekümmert, aber damit ist der Wellnessbereich kein Erholungsort. Spa war aber sehr sauber und angenehm. Skiraum zu klein, Anzahl Schuhtrockner reicht nicht aus. Dafür war die Lage gut & alles sauber.

La piccola spa graziosa

Le stoviglie all'arrivano SPORCHE (e quando scrivo sporche intendo proprio sporche: macchi di rossetto sui bicchieri e segni di vino rosso sulla brocca) e poi mancava una tazza per la colazione (c'entrano 3 e noi eravamo in 4). Anche in bagno abbiamo trovato appeso dietro alla porta un accappatoio usato.

Ottima la pace e il silenzio. Eravamo vicino alla strada ma nessun rumore a parte il cinguettio degli uccellini alla mattina. Troppo bello il calcio balilla😁 (calcetto) e il tavolo da poing pong! Bellissimo il percorso pedonale che porta a Canazei. L' area wellness una chicca! Angolo cottura/cucinino super attrezzato, mancava solo la ciotola per insalata!

Qualità-prezzo e intimità perfetti per un soggiorno di coppia

Molto accogliente e ottima cura verso gli ospiti. Non ho incontrato di persona i gestori, perché, credo, abbiamo alloggiato in bassa stagione (a fine aprile), ma nonostante questo ho ricevuto un servizio impeccabile.

Bagno e doccia non troppo nuovi. Piccola pecca solo per il fatto che dopo le giornate di cammino, la comodità di una doccia più spaziosa e confortevole sarebbe il top.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la val di Fassa e la Marmolada. Appartamento pulito, ma vecchio. Comoda la zona Wellness per piccoli momenti di relax.

L'appartamento necessita in generale di un riamodernamento. I letti scricchiolano da morire, i cuscini sono scomodi e l'asciugacapelli è praticamente inutilizzabile (dura massimo un minuto e poi si spegne e devi aspettare almeno 10 minuti perché riparta).

Ottimo appartamento, abbiamo anche usufruito della spa compresa nel prezzo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Tutto era pulito. Noi ci spostavamo in auto ma è anche vicino alle funivie e alla fermata del bus

La cordialità è disponibilità del proprietario o comunque del guest. La pulizia e l'assortimento della biancheria e accessoristica della casa. Infine l'area spa seppur non presentasse dimensioni enormi e veramente una chicca. Da consigliare per l ottima posizione
