A stone's throw from Canazei, the highest municipality in the Val di Fassa (1465 meters), at the foot of the impressive mountain scenery of the Marmolada, Gran Vernel, Sass Pordoi and Sella, lies the RESIDENCE ROACIA.
The two-storey attic flat, in a sunny and quiet location, just a few meters from the Sella Ronda ski lifts, overlooks a wide valley, leaving behind the forest full of paths for long walks.
Admitting the panorama of the valley you can see the Liguria Avisio stream, which runs along the link between "Penia" and "Canazei", which offers the Children's Playground, Ice Stadium and a small beach for the summer.

Great location for exploring the Dolomiti around Canazei, with a 'cabin' feel and nice pastoral view. Owners are prompt in responding to questions. Well equipped kitchen for a group of six. Overall recommended despite some minor issues.
