Very well equipped kitchen, nice bedroom, living area and bathroom.
Sofa in the living room not really convenient for sleeping - matrece is just too soft for adults, maybe ok for younger children.
Parking space rather for cars B size. I was driving kia niro, which fits. But to get to the parking space is a challenge.
Not really nice host, was trying to force me to send him scans of IDs via WhatsApp.

The property's location provides excellent access to the Dolomite ski area. It is a two-minute walk from both a gondola and a cable car, with the latter offering direct transport to the summit and convenient entry to the Selloranda circuit. The host is super friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Having a private parking lot there is a luxury, though the steep driveway and garage setup make it challenging at first. However, we quickly adapted to it.

Posizione eccezionale, non capita tutte le volte di poter arrivare a casa praticamente sugli sci. Appartamento accogliente e caldo, comodissima in tutti i suoi aspetti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Un piccolissimo dettaglio: il lavandino del bagno è un po' scomodo. Ma niente in confronto al resto.

Pulizia del locale, la cucina sta davvero ben fornita a parte per le capsule per la macchinetta e la lavastoviglie che avremmo comunque potuto chiedere al nostro host durante i più giorni di soggiorno. Balcone davvero carino e posizione top accanto all’impianto di risalita.
La ski-room davvero comoda e ben fornita e la presenza del garage è davvero utile!
