Good spot, antiquated practices.

Location was good

No wifi, had to collect and return keys, lots of additional costs added after the up-front cost of the flat. (€130 more for 7 days).

Cold apartment in the winter, terrible beds, not nearly worth the money you pay. Go somewhere else.

The location is nice, there is sauna inside and one of the sofa seats extends so it is like an armchair. The kitchen is spacey, well equiped and has a great induction stove and a big fridge.

1. The temperature of the apartment is set by the building owner and the time slots in which the heating is on is set by the agency. The temperature was set to circa 20 degrees and could not be changed. The agency told us that that is the recommendation of the region Val di Fassa, but we were not informed about that in advance (we would have surely picked another apartment in that case) - when we returned from our skiing day (-10 degrees outside), there were 19 degrees in the apartment. One important thing on skiing vacation is being at least warm enough, so you do not have to wear 6 layers of clothes to be mildly warm inside. The other thing is that one has to rest well, which brings us to the next point. 2. Beds were, contrary to what is advertised, not bigger than normal (more than 2m). The single beds are 200cm long, but are very narrow. The bed for 2 is 140x190 at best, so you can imagine that two adults can hardly sleep well on such a small bed. 3. The bathroom is very small and the shower drain does not work very well, so you might make a little flood if you are not careful and shower for more than a few minutes. 4. The ski room is not actually a ski room, it is more of a small room in a basement (see the picture) with random things in it. The ski boots will be cold in the morning. 5. There is 50x150cm closet in the living room with "PRIVATE" written on it. You can not access it, it just sits there in the living room taking up important space. 6. They will charge you 100EUR for the final cleaning, which is absurd considering the size of the apartment. 7. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can borrow them for 18EUR per person. To sum up - do not go here on winter vacation, there are dozens better apartments in the region for less money.

Perfect stay for cycling in the Dolomites!

The appartement „Orchidea“ has everything that we needed during our stay. The interior looks quite new and it was very clean. In the garage is a small locked storage room where we could park our bicycles. Gabriella and Maura have been very helpful and responded immideately.

The espresso-kettle is not suited for induction-stove…but that‘s no dealbreaker…

Comfortable place, well equipped with own Sauna

Well equipped apartment. Equipped with Sauna (extra charge but acceptable cost). Good beds. Quiet place. Bed sheets and towels at extra cost but previously informed. Unusual but acceptable as its every bodies choice to take the service.

During the day heating is turned off. Uncomfortable for people who stay during the day. Could have been solved informing the landlord. Access to the ski station is only possible with own car (too far to walk with ski boots).

A minus would be the 4th floor, without elevator. Attention, if the Sauna is used, the consumption for the Sauna is paid at the end.

Posizione eccellente, appartamento moderno ma attenzione ai disagi

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero comoda per visitare Canazei e dintorni: centrale, ma tranquilla, con facilità di accesso a servizi e impianti. Internamente è moderno, curato e ben fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

È situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi poco adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli (come la nostra) o a chi ha difficoltà con le scale. Durante il nostro soggiorno (luglio 2025), l'appartamento al piano inferiore era in piena ristrutturazione: martelli, trapani e rumori costanti dalle 8:30 del mattino in poi, rendendo impossibile il riposo o lo smart working. Un vero peccato, perché sembrava di essere in un cantiere. 👉 Consiglio: verificate prima se i lavori sono terminati. In caso contrario, purtroppo, è un’esperienza da evitare fino a fine cantiere.lection point have little space for parking
