Good location, very basic apartment for the price. CAUTION of additional costs to be paid in CASH.
This is located in a large apartment building, 1 of 2 buildings. Good location not to far from the lift at all, ski room in basement is a good size and not too far to carry your skis to the ski lift. Room was ok, main bedroom was nice, very big balcony which would be nice in the summer. Beds comfy, slept well on the sofa beds. There is a private garage for your car which is helpful.
Keys are collected from an agency in nearby town Campitello di fassa. You have to fill out all details online, you do get bombarded with quite a few messages from them via booking.com to fill in all guests details, bit of a faff really. 200euro security deposit. There are a variety of extras not included in booking.com costs that you have to pay in CASH at the agency. Cleaning fee 40euro pp, city tax 1.5euro pp per night, service charge 2 euro pp per night. That all adds up, then on top they charge you for bed linen and towels at 25 euro per person! Apartment is on the second floor, only access by stairs. The layout of the apartment isnt great, we had to move the sofa beds around and swap with the dining table as they open out into each other. Missing a plug in the sink so washing up was a pain. Shower screen is cheap and dated. Kitchen has bare minimum utensils, if you are a coffee or tea drinker bring your own mugs as there are only small expresso cups! No condiments or anything left for cooking.

Ambiente giusto per dormirci per poi passare il resto della giornata fuori.
Ambiente pulito e discretamente attrezzato. Buona pulizia anche delle parti comuni e sostanzialmente confortevole come temperatura interna della stanza.
Appartamento estremamente piccolo già per una persona con cameretta da letto minuscola così come il bagno e la cucina. Giusto per una persona magari come nel nostro caso anziana, che si accontenta di poco.
