Located on a quiet cul de sac about 5 min walk from main Street. Lovely warm apt
I was told when getting the keys that if too many electrical items were on at the same time the electricity may go off. It went off twice even tho we were only using 2 rings on hob and extractor fan. Instructions on wall in apt to show how to reset fuse show fuse boxes in underground garage which is very difficult to find but the fuse box behind the door in the apt is the correct one. The extractor would not work after
