Posizione ottima,vicinissima al centro di Canazei,parcheggio esterno riservato e posto auto nel garage.Casa piccolina,ma ben fornita di tutto l’occorrente che serve per il soggiorno.

Terzo piano senza ascensore,un po’ difficoltoso con le valige,materasso da cambiare.

STATE ALLLA LARGA DA INTERHOME

Esperienza pessima – da evitare Appartamento senza acqua calda e senza riscaldamento, situazione gravissima che ci ha costretti a dormire nei letti con le tute da sci, rischiando seriamente l’ipotermia. La temperatura esterna quella sera era di –6°C e all’interno dell’abitazione era vicina allo zero. A questo si aggiunge il fatto che l’appartamento, venduto per 4 posti letto, è in realtà in grado di ospitare a malapena 3 persone. È inaccettabile che un’agenzia come INTERHOME non verifichi i requisiti minimi di abitabilità, soprattutto in una zona di alta montagna, dove riscaldamento e acqua calda non sono optional ma necessità fondamentali. State alla larga da questa agenzia e affidatevi a operatori più seri e affidabili.

Buona posizione, bel balcone, abbastanza fornito. Giusto per accogliere due persone ma non di più.

Garage scomodo, conviene lasciare l’auto fuori; appartamento vecchio e usurato, di nuovo ha solo la piastra ad induzione, tutto il resto è almeno degli anni 70 comprese le prese elettriche; tutto sommato è accettabile se non fosse per il prezzo, assolutamente troppo alto per quello che è. Non c’è il wi-fi.

Poměr cena výkon vychází velmi příznivě, nakonec byl pobyt zde moc fajn.

Dům je v klidném místě s výhledem na městečko. Parkování není problém, obchod s potravinami poblíž. Z bytu je necelý 1km k lanovce, dá se to ujít v lyžákách. Kuchyňka, koupelna a ložnice vyhovující. A velmi milá komunikace s kanceláří Interhome.

Spaní v obýváku je trochu nepohodlné a při rozložení postelí je málo místa na stůl. V apartmánu je většina zásuvek starého typu, nejdou do nich zapojit standardní elektrospotřebiče.

Super Wetter, tolles Skigebiet, Unterkunft preiswert aber ungemütlich.

Wohnanlage ungepflegt: kein ordentlicher Winterdienst, die ganze Woche Eisplatten auf den Zugangswegen zu Haustüre und Garage. Kein Aufzug (3. OG). Mehrmals Stromausfall durch Überlastung, Hauptsicherung nur über Garage im Untergeschoss erreichbar.
