Komfortowy apartament, w pełni wyposażony. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Mała pralka jest dodatkowym atutem. Bliskość stoków narciarskich Val di Fassa, ale dla komfortu przemieszczania potrzebny samochód. Ski bus pod budynkiem jeździ bardzo rzadko.
Słaby sygnał WiFi, bardzo niski transfer danych, połączenie nie umożliwia pracy zdalnej. Przy dłuższym pobycie przydałby się ogólnodostępny odkurzacz aby można było samemu dobrze sprzątnąć.
