Nice and new.
Facilities(appliances) were a bit on cheap side. Really noisy(running all the time) fridge as an example. Bring your own hand soap as well… Parking with larger car requires some skill due to tight entrance. Even though rather cool summertime, flat was quite hot like heating was on all the time.

Location excellent. Lots of room in the apartment.
Main problem was insufficient hot water for the six of us to have showers after skiing in the evening. Generally only 2 showers were possible.
