The location…in a very nice residential area. The house is spacious and beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The outside area is perfect as well. Great swimming pool…
A lack of character inside. We understand that it is a rental property and you do not want to put expensive decoration objects but nowadays you can find lovely things at a really affordable price. So our negative point is mainly the lack of wall decoration or little objects like vases… There is a beautiful but empty bookshelf…

Location was great. Ease of access and how well maintained the property was
Provision of a regular cleaner at a more reasonable cost would have been great.
Instructions on how to use the appliances esp the induction cooker and the coffee maker would have been good.
