Great location, close (easy walking distance) to inter city and local public transport, the beach and old town. The property is well maintained and super clean, but retains a home like atmosphere. Our room was set up to provide ample hanging space and storage for luggage, and also included a mini fridge. Mertxe is a wonderful host; unobtrusive and goes out of her way to ensure a wonderful stay.
Nothing.

Lovely helpful owner and a lovely room. The bathroom was exceptional and breakfast and coffee in a lovely reception room was an added bonus that we weren’t expecting. The location is excellent and only a short walk from central San Seb and an even shorter walk from the bus station.

Most of all the position and the cleanliness.
A little difficult to find. The doorbell is within a group of doorbells for all the apartments in the building. They are located quite high on the door frame and rather difficult for old eyes to read.
