La ubicación y las condiciones del apartamento muy buenas. Amplio y espacioso con una muy buena dotación de electrodomésticos y menaje
Lo único negativo el ruido de la calle. Está en una vía muy céntrica y se escucha mucho el tráfico.

Lo amplia que era la vivienda. Cerca de todo.
Uno de los cuartos de baño es un poco pequeño. Todo y estar bien aislado, se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle a la noche

Está bien equipada. Muy bien situada. Cómodo acceso. Muy limpia. Baños pequeños pero cómodos, al igual que la sala de estar que, aunque pequeña, tiene un mirador precioso que te amplia el espacio y da mucha luz. Armarios bien equipados, así como la cocina. Nos dió pena marcharnos.
La calle Urbieta es una de las importantes de San Sebastián, y por tanto con bastante tráfico, que se deja sentir por las noches, aunque no nos impidió descansar satisfactoriamente.
