鉄道利用者には立地最高！
バル巡りも全て徒歩で回れたので、1度もバスに乗らずに過ごしました。アパート周辺、アパート内はとても静かです。

建物のエントランスも部屋も、鍵を持たなくて良いので無くす必要が無くとても便利でした◎
《アパート内備品》
必要なものは、本当に何でも揃っていました！
アイロンや救急箱まであり、トイレットペーパーも10個程予備があり助かりました！

今までたくさんのアパートに滞在しましたが、1番親身になって色々教えて下さった方でした。
冷蔵庫の中にはソラン・デ・カブラスの大きなボトルがたくさん！籠に山盛りのフルーツも！
滞在した日は異常な暑さだったので、買いに行かなくても良くて本当に助かりました。
滞在した日がちょうど異常な暑さだったため、冷房設備が無かったのが唯一のマイナスポイントでした。
せめて、扇風機があれば良かったなと思います。

4人で利用しました。アクセスよく、部屋も清潔で、必要なものが全て揃っており快適でした。またぜひ利用したいです。
