Muy buena ubicación y espacio de la casa, totalmente nueva
No tiene persianas Faltan algunas cosas básicas que no vas a comprar para 3-4 días (sal, azúcar….)

Not far from center and beach.Small problem, what was solved quickly.
Not easy to find parking. Finaly we found that best and cheapisr is near Real Sociedad stadium- 15 min to walk. Obe bathroom door was not able to close.

La situación del piso
El piso es muy antiguo, y aunque se han reformado baños y cocina le faltan muchos puntos que hacen muy feo. Hay rajas por todas las paredes incluso varios agujeros! El patio de luces utilizado como un trastero da un aspecto horrible y hace que de miedo abrir la ventana de la habitación porque lo mínimo q puede entrar es un ratón! Y no funcionaba el radiador de una habitación.
