Villa Nola sits on a 600-square-meter lot, offering unparalleled privacy and exclusivity. With capacity for 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms, it is the perfect place for those who appreciate art and design and are seeking a unique experience in San Sebastián.
Main Floor (Ground Floor) (Living and Relaxation Area):
A spectacular living-dining room with an open kitchen, completely surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the garden and the 30m² pool. The heart of the villa, designed for socializing. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a central island, and everything needed to explore the rich Basque cuisine.
The sleeping area features three elegant double bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden. One of them has a private bathroom, while the other two share a second full bathroom.
First Floor (The Presidential Suite):
A private sanctuary of luxury and comfort. The master suite occupies the entire top floor and features a double bed with panoramic views of the garden and the mountains, a private bathroom with a spacious shower, a dedicated work area with a desk (ideal for digital nomads), and a private outdoor terrace—an intimate spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Level -1 (El Txoko Vasco):
This multifunctional space is the heart of Basque culture. It features a kitchen and dining area perfect for preparing pintxos or casual dinners, a recreation area with a foosball table to challenge your friends, a private sauna as an oasis of well-being to relax your body and mind, and a full bathroom for added convenience. It also includes a private garage with space for 5 vehicles.
Outdoors:
A peaceful haven with a 240m² garden and a 30m² pool. Enjoy the outdoors on the comfortable lounge chairs and patio furniture, or have an al fresco dinner in the outdoor dining area.
Guests will have full and exclusive access to all of Villa Nola’s facilities. We want you to feel right at home in your own luxury home in the Basque Country.

• Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa

• The villa has private parking for 5 vehicles.
• All rooms have direct access to the garden or a private terrace.
• The pool is available.
• We provide bedding, towels, and amenities.
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone, and to preserve the integrity of Villa Nola, it is essential to comply with the following fundamental rules:
1. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or any type of gathering that has not been previously notified to the host before confirming the reservation are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
2. No Smoking: Villa Nola is a smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the property. Guests are welcome to use the villa’s beautiful outdoor areas, both on the first floor and the upper level.
3. No Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas.
5. Maximum Occupancy: Only the 8 guests listed on the reservation are authorized to stay overnight. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior authorization.
