La ubicación está genial, muy bien conectado con el centro. La atención de Alfonso es muy buena, está ahí para todo lo que necesites.
Falta echar un vistazo a la casa en general y arreglar ciertas cosas como la nevera y el congelador que no cierran, el lavabo del cuarto de baño principal que pierde agua o la puerta de la cocina al lavadero que está destrozada.

The apartment is located next to a park and is just a 10-minute drive from the center of San Sebastián. Street parking is available but paid. The place is pet-friendly, and there is a dog park nearby. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment itself is quite spacious, features a fully equipped kitchen, and has heating.
​The apartment feels very tired and is badly in need of a deep clean and some renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, all the appliances are outdated, the chairs squeak, and the sofa is stained. The shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in mold, which is a health hazard. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor — you can hear both the neighbors and the traffic noise from the road.
