Todo en general. la casa es preciosa y el exterior increíble.

We loved the garden area with the pool the most. We could do all meals outside, with a near kitchen so kids could play around safely.

We were met at the property by a relation of the owner as the owner, Fatima, had been unexpectedly called away. Although the relation didn’t speak any English, we got by with Google translate. There were 2 separate shower rooms. Fatima, the owner, was very swift to respond by WhatsApp to any questions we had, despite being out of the area for family reasons. There was one bed made up for us when we arrived, although none of the other 3 beds were made up. Perhaps an assumption that my partner & I always sleep in the same bed? Beautiful views from the upstairs sitting room.

Kitchen poorly equipped - no frying pan, 2 of the 4 gas hob rings didn’t work, all of the kitchen knives were very blunt. One of the bathrooms smelled bad - perhaps an issue with the drains. I would have liked to know in advance that no toilet paper was allowed to be flushed down the toilet, & had to be put in a bin beside the toilet instead. No tea towels or kitchen towels were provided. Very steep steps to get inside the house, & to & from the pool. Fan in sitting room was unusable as it was full of dust. General level of cleanliness was poor eg around shower doors, kitchen sink etc. The area is extremely hilly & the local roads are cobbled, very narrow & exceptionally windy, with a cliff face on one side & a precipitous drop on the other. I am a very experienced & confident driver (in a number of different countries) but found driving on these (often single track) roads extremely challenging.
