Mr. Francisco was a very nice gentleman. He was very responsive and immediately took care of our request.
The interior environment of the facility was very calm, charming and pleasant especially the beautiful little lake with the pure water flowing in it.
We also liked the rustic farmhouse-style of the room and the kitchen outside.
The wine tasting Mr. Francisco gave us was very nice as well.
The kitchen wares could be higher quality and more accommodating! There was no hairdryer and no washing machine despite being mentioned in the facility description.
The interior lighting system of the room could be better with more available electricity plugs.

Toda a área envolvente da quinta é excelente, a pequena praia fluvial com o barco onde se pode andar fez a delícia dos mais pequenos. A piscina é excelente e o Sr. Francisco e a Dona Helena uns excelente anfitriões. O sossego que se vive é espetacular. Recomendo a prova de vinhos produzidos na quinta. Um sitio a regressar certamente.
Na opinião de todo o grupo talvez um frigorífico maior junto à cozinha, para grupos grandes como o nosso com crianças seria mais cómodo e prático na hora das refeições. Umas redes nas janelas dos quartos também seria óptimo para podermos abrir as janelas sem visitas indesejadas visto estarmos no campo.

La piscina y el entorno,
Menaje escaso, y en cuanto a los artículos de aseo, solamente habia gel de manos. En cuanto a la neveras que se podían usar estaban sin enchufar por lo que hasta el día siguiente de llegar no estuvo del todo frio
