This was a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly. The owner is awesome and very kind.

Good breakfast. Fresh milk and butter. The owner is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. The winery tour was superb. I recommend ordering a wine tasting from them. The wine is awesome, especially the Amore e Phsiche - red. Very fruity and very different from regular Italian wine. We also ordered some food from their kitchen. I recommend their pasta. The kids loved it. Great location - one hour drive to Milan, Piachenza and the Serravalle outlet. We wish the owner the very best and thanks for the stay to remember.

not worth it

We liked the hospitality of Marco and how quiet the place was.

I think the description on Booking is misleading and not precise. It is not a agrotourism but a wedding venue. There is no farm or animals (at least I have not seen or hear them). We bought some stuff for a barbecue (as it was listed) but we have learnt that we can’t have our food and we can only get 35 EUR dinner / person. And finally the owner took our IDs and kept it for the entire stay so we forgot to pick it up. Then she took picture of these documents and posted online (how about privacy). We had to drive back 200km to collect our documents. Bad experience.

A most enjoyable stay far from the humdrum of civilisation.

We were greeted by Lorella & Mirko. I had made a mistake and booked for the following night but they were able to accomodate us :-) We met other members of the commune later in the day. The place really is an Oasis in the middle of nowhere. Amazing! The only noise to be heard was the singing of the cicadas in the trees. Lorella gave my wife a powerful shiatsu massage that did her the power of good. She still feels the benefits two days later! Meanwhile I chilled out in the garden with a glass of their own white wine, fruity and seductive. In the evening we were served a wholesome meal with a fresh salad direct from the garden, all washed down with a bottle of their 100% natural red wine. Mmmmm, what a treat.

Perfect stay in paradise

I love everything about this place! It’s a total paradise, quiet and peaceful. gorgeous views. The people are really sweet, friendly and helpful. comfortable bed, lots of hot water, good WiFi. Highly recommend the Shiatsu treatment! I felt completely relaxed and had the best night sleep in weeks.

Inspiring, relaxing!

Beautiful and peaceful place on the top of the hill “in the middle of nowhere”. Very kind and welcoming hosts. If you stay there, don’t miss the oportunity to have the home-made dinner from locally grown ingredients with a glass of wine from Oasi di Mastarone wineyard!

Stay like at home

Very quiet and charmy place at the end of the world, but it's worth to visit it and ask a tour in a small winery, enjoy the views to mountains and feel that you are welcome like member of family.

Even there is not possible to swim in big swimming pool during a hot summer day, you can cool yourself in a small pool or just go inside, because air-conditioners worked well.

Beautiful, remote, peaceful oasis with wonderful views over the surrounding hills. A natural winemaking vineyard with friendly managers and adorable pets. The wines alone are worth the trip. One of the highlights of our trip to the region

avoid this property at all costs

it was old, run down, tatty, dirty, overgrown with weeds. it is managed by an arrogant, unfriendly man who does not provide a glass of orange juice or water for breakfast because oranges are out of season and not locally produced. talking about making fun of guests. there was not a croissant just some dry biscuits and jams. barbecue area has not been cleaned from the previous day. there were cats climbing over the tables. the house is difficult to reach and was not worth the journey. what a pity!

Hébergement atypique, local, bon rapport qualité /prix

L’amabilité du personnel, le côté atypique (villa des années 70 bien conservée )et local (se trouve au milieu d’une exploitation viticole bio) de l’hébergement, le repas du soir fait maison et local, le petit déjeuner, la grande chambre double avec sa sdb (toutes les chambres n’en ont pas..), le magnifique environnement ( la maison se trouve perdu sur les hauteurs)..Rapport qualité/prix

La petite appréhension devant le portail sans interphone ni sonnette fonctionnels qui ne s’ouvrait pas, l’absence d’indication sur ce qu’il fallait faire une fois devant ce portail, la difficulté d’échange car ne parle pas français, l’espace d’arrivée au parking peu engageant qui donne une mauvaise image de l’hébergement qui ne se confirme pas du tout ensuite une fois rencontré et la villa de location.

Rilassante e divertente; spero di avere presto un occasione per tornare a trovarli.

Ambiente pulito ed accogliente; le camere sono semplici ed essenziali. La colazione e la cena sono state ottime: sono preparate principalmente, con i prodotti della loro azienda agricola, coltivati in maniera naturale e biologica. Il gestore della struttura ed i suoi collaboratori, ti fanno sentire come un ospite in una casa di amici invece che in un albergo. Chi vuole esperienza in un vero agriturismo deve provarlo.

Całkowicie nie wykorzystanie potencjału miejsca - rozczarowujące

- Miejsce jest fantastyczne (niestety nie jest wykorzystany potencjał tego miejsca)

- Mimo wcześniejszego podania godziny przybycia, brama była zamknięta, a domofon nie działał - Obiekt to willa z lat '70 (istna kapsuła czasu - po prostu bajka) niestety brak zadbania o obiekt i jego otoczenia - Brak ciepłej wody!!! - Plastikowe śniadanie (suchy, stary chleb, brak lokalnych produktów - a przecież to region wiejski) - Brak wykorzystania zalet, że obiekt znajduje się w czynnej winnicy (brak informacji o dostępnych, produkowanych winach i sposobach jego produkcji) - Opis wyposażenia pokoju jest kiepski i nie zgodny ze stanem zastanym - Dziwne zasady zdejmowania obuwia (również klapek pod prysznic lub kapci) w części "sypialnianej" - zupełnie niezrozumiały (wykładzina nie była nowa, ani czysta w pokoju śmierdziała starymi brudnymi skarpetami.

Oasi di nome e di fatto!

L'accoglienza è un valore aggiunto per una struttura che, in ogni caso, avrebbe comunque soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Jenny e Max gestiscono con amore e professionalità ogni aspetto del soggiorno. Particolare nota di merito va anche all'esperienza in cantina: una degustazione ricca di vini deliziosi, svolta con estrema passione (per altro con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!). Fidatevi del menù che vi propongono: tutti gli ingredienti sono a km 0 ed i piatti, di conseguenza, genuini e gustosi!

L'unica nota negativa è stato dover tornare a casa nostra dopo due giorni viziati, coccolati e immersi nella natura!

Una nottata di relax nell’oasi

Struttura pulita, personale super gentile e disponibile, piscina non enorme ma coerente con la struttura; se cerchi un posto dove rilassarti con una vista panoramica dall’alto, a un prezzo popolare, qui c’è tutto quello che cerchi. Nota di gusto, ottima colazione!

Struttura in una zona molto tranquilla, con incantevole vista sulle colline pavesi. La piscina è una chicca in più per godersi momenti di relax. Bella anche la sala colazioni.

Come una gita in famiglia ♥️

Massimiliano è una persona veramente molto accogliente ti fa sentire a casa ed è il posto perfetto per conoscere nuove persone e stare tranquilli ed in pace. Per staccare un po’ dalla città sicuramente è il posto ideale, non aspettatevi un albergo comune perché lo stile è decisamente più familiare e comunitario… posti così o li ami o li odi, noi abbiamo amato tutto ♥️ gattini inclusi ovviamente

Grande maison perdue dans la campagne avec vue sur les vignes et les collines environnantes, calme du lieu, ameublement et décoration du salon incroyable, de style 70´s, un cadre atypique et intéressant. Dîner pas spécialement bon marché mais de bonne qualité agrémenté d’un bon verre de vin rouge de la production.

Super toll mit genialem Ausblick und viel Ruhe

Tolle Unterkunft, tolles e, tolle Aussicht, sehr sehr ruhig und so schön dunkel . Klasse Lage, schöner sauberer Pool. Kirche auf dem Gelände und einige Tiere. Hund war stets angeleint und hat freundlich reagiert. Ziegen und Schafe in etwas Entfernung . Gutes Abendessen und typisches italienisches Frühstück. Leckerer frischer Saft. Tolle Gastgeber!

1 geteiltes Bad war etwas wenig und man musste warten um zu duschen oder aufs Klo zu gehen. Da müsste ein Klo mehr sein.

Ospitalità rurale?! Ma dove?

La villa tipicamente in stile anni 70', è un gioiellino che andrebbe valorizzato. Peccato che sia gestito da persone improvvisate e non competenti.

Ho scelto questa struttura per la sua vicinanza a Bagnaria, dove dovevo seguire dei lavori insieme a mio fratello e alla sua compagna. Già in fase di prenotazione avevo segnalato il mio arrivo nella fascia oraria 22:00-23:00, richiesta che è stata accettata. Il primo giorno mi è stata concessa la colazione anticipata alle 6:00, ma nei giorni successivi ci hanno semplicemente lasciato la sera prima qualche biscotto, fette biscottate, pane, marmellata e acqua. Il primo giorno era presente anche del burro, ma la qualità complessiva della colazione è stata deludente. Fin dalla prima sera la camera non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative: c'erano evidenti macchie di umidità sulle pareti e delle tre prese elettriche disponibili, solo una era realmente utilizzabile (una era occupata da un'abat-jour e l'altra, vicino alla porta, era rotta). La seconda sera io e la mia amica ci siamo accorte di non avere le chiavi, perché le aveva prese mio fratello e le avrebbe riportate il giorno successivo. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto all'host, che ci ha fatto pesare il fatto di aver chiuso a chiave la porta della nostra stanza, considerandolo un gesto immotivato. Alla fine ci ha aperto la porta, promettendoci che l'avrebbe chiusa personalmente il giorno dopo per garantire la sicurezza dei nostri effetti personali, tra cui il mio PC di lavoro. Tuttavia, questa promessa non è stata mantenuta. Il terzo giorno abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura e ne abbiamo parlato con l'host per restituire le chiavi. Purtroppo, la discussione è degenerata rapidamente: l'host si è alterato e ha accusato noi di aver rotto alcuni oggetti durante il soggiorno. La situazione è diventata molto tesa e, non sentendomi più al sicuro, ho cercato di calmare gli animi e uscire il prima possibile dalla struttura. Un'esperienza TERRIBILE che non auguro a nessuno.
