Très bon emplacement dans le centre historique de la ville, appartement dans immeuble au calme, accès sécurisé par une cour fermée. Grand volumes, mobilier contemporain.
Parking sécurisé à proximité immédiate en option payante.
Répartition des volumes de l'appartement RDC pourrait être améliorée pour accroitre la lumière naturelle dans le séjour car l'amplitude d'ouverture des volets n'est pas totale, améliorer l'aménagement de la cuisine (tiroir couverts derrière porte qui ne s'ouvre pas totalement), éviter de traverser la douche pour accéder aux toilettes!
Il est dommage quil n'y ait pas un four ni un four micro-ondes à disposition.

Posizione comoda,alloggio molto grande con tutti servizi neccessari, non mancava nulla a disposizione c’era anche il caffè e Aqua fresca.
Biancheria pulitissima.
Non era proprio pulitissimo,ragnatele in alcune parti, pareti e tende sporche, terrazzo sporco, sotto la doccia capelli neri.
