Located in Lomellina and newly renovated, the 65 sqm house is inserted in a farmhouse of the nineteenth century with a real peasant flavor.
Absolute quiet, excellent quality of sleep and contact with nature are the guarantee for a well deserved relaxation. Despite the location outside the town, it is still a few minutes by road from sports and entertainment centers. Furnished with some historical pieces of the territory, the spaces are designed to combine rest and impact as little as possible on nature, integrating with it.
This is the reason for some choices, such as the use of historical bedding, rechargeable organic soaps, fans instead of air conditioners and the absence of TV.
In the house you will find: free Wifi, armored door, equipped kitchen, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, fan, mosquito nets, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels provided, shower gel, heating, cleaning set.
In the common areas for you, free carport, local guides, extensive outdoor public areas, covered area for bike / bicycle maintenance.
On reservation and at extra charge: laundry service, shuttle service, meals service.

Un accueil de grande qualité. Une hôtesse et sa famille très à l'écoute des demandes et très réactives.
L'environnement (corps de ferme avec une partie délabrée) offre à la fois la tranquillité, des espaces mais aussi les inconvénients d'un accès par un chemin de terre et de cailloux ainsi que la présence d'animaux de compagnie en liberté.
Un gîte malgré tout agréable à vivre qui permet - grâce aux bonnes indications de la propriétaire - d'aller facilement à la découverte des villes alentours (Pavie, Milan, Vigevano...).

The apartment was comfortable for my wife and I and our grown son. It had everything you need (including a convenient washing machine) and was very clean. Our only problem is that Garlasco proved to be not interesting and the location of the apartment on a farm out of town was not convenient or charming. We used it as a base for exploring Pavia and Milan, so it's not a bad, inexpensive option, just not five stars.

Very clean, quite and spacious accomodation. Kitchen had al the things you could wish for. The bed and shower was as good as home!

Wir sind erst nach ein Uhr morgens angekommen, u. a. auch, weil die Zufahrtsstrasse kaum zu sehen war, erst recht bei Nacht. Sie ist auch ziemlich löchrig und steinig...Das Haus jedoch ist grosszügig und seeeehr ruhig gelegen. Eher was für Familien mit Kindern. Alles sauber, gute Betten und dass Angelina solange gewartet hat ist 10 Extrapunkte wert. Für einen Zwischenstopp eher nicht geeignet, weil zu abgelegen. Ansonsten alles gut.
