La struttura e’ pulita accogliente e ben organizzata e Massimo, il gestore, e’ estremamente gentile. Ottima la posizione rispetto al Policlinico San Donato raggiungibile in 8 min a piedi

This place is new and clean with lots of sunlight. It has all you would need for a place to relax including kitchen, laundry, wifi, iron, cloth hanger, a small yard/balcony, though there is no drying machine or drying rack. The bedroom doors have lock and windows have full dark blinds for maximum privacy. 1 min walk and there is a Carrefour and a very yummy gelato place. 5 min walk and there is the train station. Even though it is a bit of distance from Milan centre, it is still very easy and straightforward to get there. The host is sweet and communicative. Him and another lady comes by every late morning to clean the place and they do fantastic job. The check-in is self served and the host would text you to add him on whatsapp on booking.com. I asked him to send me the check-in method via email instead cause I didn't have whatsapp. Though this did catch me off guard cause I was not aware at first but thankfully I had roaming data. Had a roommate who was stuck outside for an hour cause he didn't have data nor wifi XD

Please consider placing a drying rack on the balcony. So much sunlight outside the laundry can easily dry within one hour. I dried my laundry in bedroom closet (overnight) and on balcony bench. Everything else 10/10.

struttura semplice da raggiungere, con check in automatico, appartamento pulitissimo e stanza ordinata, con tv e aria condizionata, bagno spazioso, consiglio vivamente. per il prezzo è stata una sorpresa
