A cozy and relaxing stay in a beautiful wine hill area.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I liked the breakfast that was already in the fridge and the extra treats they kindly offered on the kitchen table. The air conditioning worked perfectly, so I didn’t feel hot at all during the night, even though it was over 30 degrees outside. There was also parking available, which was very convenient. The place was tastefully furnished and made me feel very comfortable. The location is in a beautiful wine-growing area on a hill, and the view is amazing. I would definitely recommend it! Alessandro was a great host — even though I didn’t meet him in person, he communicated perfectly via WhatsApp and was very helpful.

One small suggestion: I found it quite tricky to open the main entrance door from the outside — from inside it opens easily, but from outside, if you don’t know the trick, you might end up stuck on the street 😄.

It was a delight. Really beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really wonderful with vegan options. What is not shown on pictures is an amazing back yard with garden which my kids loved.

The house was absolutely brilliant, beautifully artistic, and located in a lovely area that was both peaceful and convenient. It had everything we needed and more. Alessandro, the host, was amazing. Incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay!

Amazingly nice apartment in beautiful location

We (2 adults +3 kids) stayed overnight in the apartment on the 2nd floor early June. A very lovely building and apartment. Everything was very clean and a nice scent was everywhere. On our arrival we all had a feeling: "wow, we're really lucky with this choice!". As a person who often reacts to allergies in bed (incl. washing powder - that's why journeys might become a challenge for me), I can assure that I 've got a very nice sleep in the parents' bedroom of this apartment and there was no itching ;) It's easy to get fresh air by opening windows, we did not need air-conditioning, which was also available. It was enough space for everyone. Surrounded by green wineyards..the first thing you want to do in the morning is to go for a walk. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back one day.

We loved everything. This house is so beautiful, as is the surrounding area, which you have full view over. We had a very large comfortable space, an excellent kitchen, large functional bathroom, with view windows in every space. Allesandro is an excellent communicator, and a very generous host. This stay met and exceeded every expectation I could have, incuding value. It was absolute perfection in all ways.

Exceeded expectations!

The room was great for our family with 3 kids. It was actually 5 rooms, entry, living, bath and 2 bedrooms. Very nice characteristic rooms. The breakfast was great as the owners left us lots of nice things, including fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurts.

Clean and Beautiful appartment with extraordinary view. But most of all the flexibility of the owner!

Very beautiful location with an awesome view on the vineyards and with clear sky, you can see Milan and the Alps behind it. The building and the rooms were very clean and cosy. It feels like you are at home. The flexibility of the owner Alessandro was extraordinary: We made a mistake and didn’t check the dates from the booking. We were enjoying a nice extra day in Milan and received a phone call from Alessandro: he asked us if we had checked out because he also had booked other guests. It was our mistake but he arranged everything and allowed us to stay in the appartment for an extra night. He also did not want to charge us anything for the extra night!

Enchanting place

The apartment is luxurious. One big living room / kitchen, with a fantastic sofa; full kitchen with kitchenware; and then a small corridor, with a wonderfully accessorized bathroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a master bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in (and I suffer from cronic back ache, and I usually find horrendous beds in various locations. I had the most wonderful night of sleep of the last year). Despite the apartment being this big and with tiles on the floor, it wasn't cold at all: room temperature was simply perfect. And if on the one side of the apartment windows were facing the main road, on the other side they were opening on the vinyards, and the sight was fantastic. Really top notch apartment, and definitely worth a stay.

Breakfast honestly was underwhelming. In an "agriturismo", I'd expect fresh products from the area, whereas I had items that were for the mass market. High-quality items, sure, but still mass-produced (apart from a packet of local cookies that in any case contained coconut fat). In any case, the "breakfast basket" was hosted inside the apartment (so, I had to make my own coffee) and was not refreshed from day 1 to day 2 of my stay (and rooms were not cleaned either). This is okay of course if you rent an apartment in a residence; sounds a bit odd if you're prompted here from a search for a "bed and breakfast", where I expect rooms cleaned daily and a fresh breakfast every morning. Maybe it was a problem of the Booking search function?

Fantastic stay, fantastic view, fantastic wine!

Perfetto! My girlfriend found this remote place outside of Milano. Alessandro was very welcoming. Everything from the booking to our check in was effortless. It is a beautiful house between vineyards full of neat winery stuff. We were in general very positively surprised how much is included in the price. Even a bottle of their delicious Prosecco. Don’t forget to try the local wines Alessandro is offering. They are exquisite! And affordable. We will come back for sure!

Loved this place - Great views, great host!

The location was quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Also, all the free food and even wine! The beds were clean, toilet was clean and had nice hot running water. Views from our windows were great! We were a family of 4 with 2 small kids and we fit in here well. Just nearby, around 15 minutes away, is a shopping mall where you can do your grocery / basic supplies shopping. The town itself is lovely! Everything was picturesque!

It's not that I "didn't like" it, but a washing machine might have been a nice touch. Otherwise, it's not a dealbreaker.

Excellent experience that was better than our expectation!

Very good apartment in a beautiful Italian villa with a shared garden. The view is absolutely picture perfect. Nice sized rooms, with characteristic furniture and good beds. The service is amazing. We were greeted on arrival by a stocked fridge including wine from their winery and breakfast for the first days. Later in the week we were treated by more wine and delicious cold cuts. Any questions were directly answered via WhatsApp. Oltrépo Pavese is a true hidden gem. Beautiful rolling hills with endless winefields, patches of forest, quiet villages, excellent restaurants, friendly people and almost no tourists. This feels like the real Italy!

I give the experience a 9,5 out of 10. This is because of the bathroom which was a shower in bath combo that was not optimal in comfort. This was no problem for us and it always good to have some room for improvement.

Great apartment! Very nice host! Great value for money!

We stopped for only one night on our way back home. At the moment of our stay, they couldn't cook for clients, so they put enormous amount of packed food in a nice basket on the table and in a fridge. This basket our kids remembered as the greatest thing of the whole vacation! :-). There was also a bottle of they own wine, which my wife liked very much. The house is situated on the top of a hill with a great view on vineyards on the both sides. The apartment is well equipped (I think there were 3 AC units) and has nice "traditional" style. Before leaving, we decided to by couple of bottles of their wine, so the host went home to bring the wine and gave us an additional discount.

This was a great stop on our Italian holiday.

Very warm welcome and the host had gone to a lot of trouble to make us feel at home. Great breakfast hamper and a well stocked fridge with plenty of water bottles, a lovely bottle of local sparkling wine and other breakfast items. There was even a welcoming delicious apricot tart which we ate with a cup of coffee, the coffee pads were also provided. You could see that the owner had taken a lot of trouble with the small details. We also loved the old Italian atmosphere in our apartment. There was also a spacious garden where you could sit and make use of the garden chairs in the shade. The views of the surrounding countryside with its rolling hills was a sight for sore eyes. Taking evening walks from the apartment going up the road towards the old local church with it's planted trees to commemorate those locals who had died in the 1st World War was also very special. The owner was always available via WhatsApp and responded to any of our questions very quickly.

Relaxing stay with a beautiful view.

We loved the beautiful view and our children spent some time just looking outside the large windows. Everything was very clean- we even had cleaning during our stay. Alessandro let us taste different wines and we were able to purchase some bottles. The apartment is very spacious perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were very comfortable. A lot of things to explore in the neighborhood- voghera, Pavia, Castello. We did some hiking through the vineyards with the kids and enjoyed a great view from up the hill. We hope to stay there again because it is so relaxing and quiet up there.

Beautiful cascina set in vineyard. Super lodgement and superior standard

Met me in town as had trouble finding location. Beautiful vineyard area and beautiful old cascina renovated. High standard of decor with beautiful finishing touches. Lots of food in fridge. Tried to open the bottle of wine but the large cork screw fathomed me. Big towels and comfy bed.

Could not find any wifi connections.

Splendida posizione con vista sulle colline dell'oltre Po e le vigne. Parcheggio a ridosso dell'ingresso. Colazione fantastica: abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per una colazione salata e dolce con prodotti tipici locali, attenzione anche per chi soffre di intolleranze. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. All'arrivo abbiamo eseguito la procedura di self check-in che era stata comunicata in maniera molto dettagliata. Ci ha colpito fin da subito l’atmosfera della casa: accogliente, rustica e con un carattere autentico che la rende speciale e diversa dalle solite sistemazioni. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, quasi come a casa. Il posto è silenzioso e tranquillo, situato in cima a una collina, ideale per chi cerca relax e pace lontano dal rumore. La posizione è ottima: vicina a luoghi caratteristici e perfetta come punto di partenza per visitare l’Oltrepò Pavese e i suoi splendidi dintorni. È una soluzione ideale per chi desidera scoprire la zona con comodità. Il proprietario Alessandro è sempre stato disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta con grande velocità e gentilezza, facendoci sentire ben accolti e supportati per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
