I won't stay there again.
Nothing in particular.
Horrible experience. When we arrived, we found out that the bedsheets for one of the two beds were missing, along with the pillowcases. So two people had to sleep fully dressed on the naked mattress. Basically, they didn't sleep the entire night. When we called the property, the answer was they couldn't do anything about that, leaving us without any assistance apart from offering us another apartment, 20+ min drive away, but that was unacceptable as it was 11.30 pm and we were completely tired from the trip.

Terribile, assolutamente inaccettabile e senza nessuna attenzione ai clienti!!!
Solo la posizione e le stanze appena arredate
Praticamente tutto. Ad Hermoso Housing non interessa risolvere i problemi che loro stessi creano ai clienti, basta che incassano!!! Siamo arrivati in una stanza senza armadio, senza spazio per muoversi e per appoggiare i trolley, con la temperatura della stanza ad 11°, con il letto da fare, con un piumino primaverile e senza asciugamani!!! L'host non ha nessuna persona in città che possa intervenire, pretendono di fare tutto da remoto, quindi senza nessuna attenzione e cura per il cliente!!! Hanno provato a tamponare spostandoci in un'altra stanza, dove comunque ci siamo dovuti fare il letto, con il letto traballante che ad ogni movimento rischiava di cadere, e sempre senza asciugamani. Praticamente dalle 20.00 del 2 gennaio, abbiamo ricevuto gli asciugamani alle 15.30 del giorno dopo, stando tutto questo tempo senza la possibilità di poterci lavare. Assolutamente inaccettabile!!! Inoltre la nuova stanza, anche con un piano cucina non aveva nemmeno un pentolino per riscaldare un po' d'acqua per farsi un the o una camomilla, con un asciugacapelli che non aveva un adattatore per collegarlo alla presa, ...
