big disappointment. misleading photos

it was a disaster!.The photos are not exact, the studio is very small, 2/2m2 with difficult stairs up where you can not even stand.We did not stay there, found a hotel and moved away.

Our room was so, so . The sheets on the bad had blue color - we can not see if are clean or not . Our friend had Loft Apartment - avoid this - it is very, very, very thiny for normal peoples . Maybe if you are children or you have 1.50m you can sleep there.

The owner, Federica, misled us by unreal photos of the room! It is extremely small and he made it look huge in the booking Ad! He hid a big ladder in a small room. The room is not fit for human use!!

Excellent Stay. I will be back!

we booked a 1 bedroom and a loft apartment. They were nicely renovated, very clean and modern. The location was close to the Outlet shopping center. We were able to order food from a restaurant extremely close to the apartments. Additionally, there are a few parking lots close to the apartments and they are free on most days. However, we were fortunate to be able to park in the courtyard inside of the apartments.

One guest mentioned the toilet was very close to the sink, which is true, but this is Europe and space is limited. The bathroom renovation was well done given the space; it was functional and was better than other accommodations in the area.

An absolutely disgraceful rip-off

Nothing. Absolutely tiny supposed loft apartment with a shower a grown adult can’t even wash their hair in as there isn’t room to raise your arms. There’s no room to even sit straight on the toilet. The ladder to the loft bed is frankly dangerous, and the whole place smelt of sewage. Don’t be misled by the photos on the site which mainly show another larger apartment they have. the so called “Romantic Loft” is not fit for habitation.

ترتيب المضيفة من حيث البيانات المجهزة لفتح الشقة وركن السيارة

الصعود للدور الثالث بدون مصعد. عدم وجود موقف للسيارة قريب. عدم توفير مفارش للنوم فضلا عن كونها عدم كافية للعدد. مدخل الشقة امامه حفريات مزعجة تحتاج الى تعب لنقل اغراضك

Стаята беше чиста, реновиран и добре поддържана, с всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Важно е да се отбележи, че стаята е таванска, което може да не е подходящо за всеки – таваните са ниски на места, стълбите са тесни и стръмни, а светлината е ограничена, но като цяло пространството е функционално. Домакинята беше изключително любезна и отзивчива – реагираше бързо по телефона и се постара да ни съдейства максимално. Комуникацията беше лесна и приятна, което значително допринася за доброто впечатление от престоя. Подходящ избор за непретенциозни гости, които ценят чистота и бърза организация.

Апартаментът изглежда чист и добре реновиран, но за съжаление има редица съществени неудобства, които повлияха негативно на престоя ни. Банята е изключително тясна – буквално ако по-едър мъж влезе в душ кабината, не може нито да се затвори, нито да се изкъпе нормално. Тоалетната също е разположена в много ограничено пространство, което създава дискомфорт. Спалнята се намира на горно ниво, достъпно по стръмни и тесни стълби. Пространството там е с нисък таван – трябва да се внимава с главата. Контактът с домакинята, макар и да беше изключително любезна и отзивчива по телефона, остава изцяло дистанционен. Липсата на реално присъствие или лице на място може да се усети, особено ако пристигнете късно или се сблъскате с проблем. Най-неприятната част от престоя беше свързана с паркирането. В обявата се посочва, че има паркинг, но реално се предоставят два обществени варианта в документ, изпратен по WhatsApp. Пристигайки през нощта, изморени и без много време за четене в детайли, избрахме първата посочена локация. Оказа се, че на следващия ден (четвъртък) на това място има пазар и колата ни беше репатрирана в друг град. Това доведе до дълго размотаване и глоби в размер на общо 330 евро (30 евро санкция и 300 евро за репатриране), които сериозно засенчиха иначе приятния престой. Препоръчваме на домакините занапред да премахнат този паркинг от списъка с опции, когато изпращат информацията в сряда вечер – тъй като на практика това не е реална възможност. Достатъчно е дори само да насочат пациентите коя опция да използват, особено когато има конкретно запитване от отсрещаната страна. Вярно е, че домакинята се извини и се опита да съдейства, но последствията си останаха изцяло за наша сметка.

Апартаменты очень маленькие. Хозяйка предложила нам при бронировании за дополнительную плату больший номер. Но мы оставались только на одну ночь и отказались. Хотя следовало согласиться. С заездом все очень удобно. Были четкие инструкции. Не очень удобная лестница в зону кровати. Рядом есть парковка и пиццерия, которая все время работает. Был чайник, кофе машина , холодильник и бутылка воды. Близко до аутлета. Душевая очень маленькая. Удивила стеклянная входная дверь.
