As is lodging, but overpriced.

Stayed because of proximity to Serravalle shopping. Relatively near to train station, Ample of eateries. Host was apologetic that the hot water system was broken for my 2 night stay (off set my city tax). It did affect my stay greatly but decided not to put under the negative review. I have experienced once in another country in winter which the host allowed me to use another apartment for shower.

Mattress is sunken and the kitchen electric point requires replacement.

Good

Quite spacious place and clean. Kind owner,who is willing to solve the problem. Through what's app you can communicate with the owner. The train station to go to Genoa is quite near and supermarket is also near.

Tha flat is located right next to the rush street and the flat doesn't have an air conditioner. We had to open the windows, Beceause of the noise of motorbikes we couldn't sleep during the night. During the hot summer i don't want to recommend this place. Moreover the door into the flat was so tough to open, you need such a strength to open it. Nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. Except summer, I think it's good place to stay.

Fast check-in around 9pm , don’t need meet with owner - keys near in the box. All questions was answered quickly.

Il posto auto incluso, la doccia spaziosa e forse gli spazzi, il resto anche no

Il divano era pieno di macchie, era orribile, non mi son seduto!!!!! In cucina una presa di corrente era scoperta e pericolosa oltre al rivestimento bruciato. Una presa d'aria sotto la finestra che si reggeva con lo scotch, il materasso ormai da cambiare, non sostiene più. In bagno c'è un orribile appendi asciugamani e sotto la finestra manca il rivestimento e pieno di muffa. Le luci al neon nella sala si accendono dopo 20/30 secondi, quindi devi aspettare prima di chiudere la porta. In camera da letto se accendi la luce si accende il ventilatore al soffitto e non c'è modo di spengerlo. Insomma l'appartamento meriterebbe una bella rinfrescata, peccato perché gli spazzi ed il contesto non sono male.
