Casa di Maggio

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico fine settimana sulle colline pavesi. La casa è nuovissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata la straordinaria ospitalità degli host: di un'estrema discrezione, ma al tempo stesso sempre disponibili per una piacevole chiacchierata. Inoltre, la loro incredibile professionalità ci è stata di grandissimo aiuto, mettendoci a disposizione utilissimi consigli sui migliori posti dove andare a mangiare e dove fare la spesa nei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi relax e qualità!

Lascerei un po' di spazio libero nei cassetti e nell'armadio. È un consiglio non una critica (chi legge non si lasci influenzare dal faccino con la bocca verso il basso). Come si vede dal punteggio, il consiglio non incide sulla valutazione.

We found this lovely place while travelling through the area and were looking for somewhere with a washing machine after two weeks on the road. Booking was easy and we immediately had good contact with the owner. We received a warm welcome from the friendly owner and his beautiful large dogs. The property is located high in the mountains with wonderful views over the valley. We instantly felt at home. The guest house next to the main house was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Being able to do two loads of laundry was a great bonus. Parking was right in front of the accommodation and everything was on one level, which made our stay very convenient. The bathroom was well equipped with extra toiletries and small touches that were appreciated. The owner spoke English and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We followed his advice and enjoyed two excellent dinners. Overall, we felt very welcome, comfortable and safe during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

Struttura sicuramente situata in un posto tattico dell’Oltrepo’, in una zona molto tranquilla, panoramica e ottima per rilassarsi

Non c’è specificato che l’host vive nella struttura e dunque la si condivide con lui. Detto ciò, che non sarebbe stato un gran problema, ho un cane maschio di 6 anni taglia grande. Lo avevo specificato prima del mio arrivo. Sono arrivata alla struttura e l’host ha due cani in giardino. Un maschio ed una femmina, che tiene quasi sempre liberi. Sono spesso entrati nella nostra camera e spesso anche mentre stavamo mangiando gironzolavano attorno. Fortunatamente il mio cane, nonostante sia maschio e grosso, é rimasto per i fatti suoi abbastanza indifferente agli altri due. Se non fosse stato così, direi che sarebbe stato un gran problema per una persona che in vacanza vorrebbe stare serena e tranquilla e che appositamente ha affittato una casa con giardino privato…… Pulizia della struttura quasi assente.
