Great location just behind Seminyak Square.

Cleanliness and location of villa was really good. The floors were spotless and the pool was clean.

There Can be quite a lot of mosquitoes so we tried burning the mosquito coils but they kept dying out prematurely. If possible, do provide the electronic mosquito repellent.

Great location and close to some great shops and restaurants.

It was a lovely oasis after being out in the hustle and bustle. Very close to Seminyak Square, some great shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and refreshing.

Could be better.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the host is lovely.

We had high expectations for this villa but it let us down :( The bathrooms smelt to badly of sewerage it was impossible to use one of them - and as it is an ensuite it meant the room smelt also. The host organised some coffee grounds etc to mask the smell but it was still there. We arrived very late and it was disappointing there wasn't a drink or fruit or anything to welcome us. The bath towels were very thin - for the price of the villa it just lacked the comfort you would expect. But the smell was the worst. The pool and pool area doesnt get very much sun at all.

We had a very relaxing stay and felt like millionaires.

The decor and design of the property was beautiful and impeccably clean. The pool was a bit cold - but still went for a swim. The owners had thought of every little thing. Water was all filtered - never got sick with Bali belly. The process and handover of keys and introduction to the property was friendly and professional. Great air conditioning and TV with lots of channels. The villa was surprisingly quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Tranquil villa in a perfect location

Excellent location, easy walk to many great cafes, restaurants and shops. Quiet and peaceful. Large, deep pool. Living areas is all outdoors, but there are three large fans to keep you cool. Insect repellant and mozzie coils provided, and mozzies weren't an issue for us. Comfortable bedrooms. Lush, well-kept garden. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Water in shower had a funny smell and seemed a bit salty, but not a deal breaker.

This was our 4th visit to this Villa in Seminyak and it is always good. Fantastic location. Great pool, beds, and facilities. Great hosts. We will be returning again in 3 months.

Very spacious close to many amenities like Motel Mexicola and Seminyak Square, very cool speaker and staff were very helpful - there was a blackout on the street that was not their fault but they did help out by informing us when it will be done

some smell from the pipes when you flush the toilet , the water used for showering is salty not sure about that.

A beautiful property. Felt very luxurious. Was very clean and serviced daily. Replenished filtered water daily. Beautiful bed linens. Great air conditioning. Large fridge. Excellent central location. Easy walking distance to a lot of the top spots. Lovely host. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Great location, friendly and clean

Fantastic central location! Less then 5min walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. The villa was clean and the management was easy to communicate with. Villa was exactly like the photos. The aircon worked well and all other appliances were in great condition. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great property, great location, excellent staff.

We needed to leave our bags before checking in as we had already checked out of another property. The cleaners were there along with the property manager and we were given a set of keys so we could get back in once it was ready. We did the check in then which made everything easy for us. Also, we only really needed the room for the afternoon as we had a flight that night. It was a perfect place to relax (and do some last minute shopping).

This villa was absolutely amazing, the location was seriously awesome, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. The Villa staff give you a local phone which was just the cherry on top! The Villa also has an awesome sound system which is great for laying by the pool!

Tropical paradise in the heart of Seminyak

The Villa was just perfect for our trip. It is just in such a great location, close to Seminyak Village and some popular restaurants and cafes. It was really clean and had everything you need. The staff were amazing, came in and out to clean each day without intruding on the space.

The location was great, minutes away from the beach/shops/cafes. Since the accommodation is tucked away from the main road, it wasn't very noisy in the evening, which is a bonus. We had a great time exploring the neighbourhood and felt very safe.

The best place to relax in the hustle and bustle of Seminyak

We were delayed around two hours with travel but the lovely night manager was patient and very sweet to meet us in the early hours of the morning. The facilities were beautiful especially the pool and outdoor space. The location was perfect in the heart of Seminyak. The housekeepers everyday were polite and thorough. It was just the best place to stay!

Amazing affordable villa with luxe vibes, in the heart of Seminyak - perfect for a trip to Bali!

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool, sunbeds, homely outdoor living and kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms with ensuites. The interior and exterior decoration was so nice, with the villa surrounded by lots of natural beauty (greenery, flowers, etc.). The street was quiet and secluded from road-side noises - yet in the heart of Seminyak, in walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, ATMs, massage spas, etc. Staff was so lovely on greeting us, and even the daily cleaners were really nice - always did a great job at keeping the villa looking good. Air conditioning in both rooms kept us cool too. Overall, this villa felt so luxe and was perfect for me and my three friends.
