Very good value for money & is a amazing villa

Spacious, great pool huge bedrooms essentially located to pretty much everything short stroll to restaurants markets shops

We lost power I contacted the property about 14 hrs in complete darkness contacted them for candles, lanterns anything 7 hrs later with numerous calls & no communication from the property… we eventually got candles… but it was to late someone already fell & broke there hand … but apart from that one night it was very good…

Everything was perfect, only thing was the neighbours had 3 dogs that were out at night and wouldn’t let us come in or out without them being put back in.

Beautiful Villa

This villa is so comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms all spacious with flatscreen tvs, really comfortable beds and great air conditioned bedrooms. Lovely bed linen and we loved lounging in the robes provided. The villa is traditional Balinese style built around a communal area which is open plan, undercover but open to the outdoors. (This is all your private space - the villa is a stand alone property in its own grounds) 2 of the bedrooms are in their own little building in the ground also. ) We stayed in the villa in the wet season so lots of mosquitos after dusk which we managed with burning coils (provided) and having plenty repellent spray and we were able to sit out and play cards and have some family time on a night. The ensuites in the downstairs bedrooms are beautiful , they do have that open plan style so it’s nice to take a bath or shower and look at the sky - but after the rain you’ll get the mosquitos. It’s just part of nature living in the tropical area and as long as you’re prepared it’s not an issue. The upstairs bathroom is completed enclosed. The location is excellent- a walk out the villa down the lane, round the corner in 2 mins and you’re in the hustle bustle of Seminyak with so many eateries and shopping, massage spots etc. but it is also really quiet at the villa as it’s set back down a lane. So best of both worlds. The pool is large for a villa. Grounds are pleasant, plenty space around the pool for the whole family. Staff come to Villa and cook breakfast which is nice. They will plan this around your choice of time so we are able to have early breakfast when we had activities planned and later when we were having a lazy day. Choice of continental or Indonesian breakfast and you can arrange with the staff the night before via WhatsApp. The villa really is a beautiful space and we had the best time in Seminyak and staying at the accommodation was a big part of that! If anything broke, staff were right there to fix it.

La maison est très jolie et spacieuse, proche du centre et à 10 minutes de marche de la plage. Confortable et très belle piscine, belle décoration

Le petit déjeuner facultatif n’était pas terrible, très limité et cher (qqun vient le faire dans la maison). Par contre en face il y a un établissement qui sert des bons petits déjeuner
