Location was good

Property was not clean, broken glass doors, shower water was disgusting, we couldn't use it. The property is old and needs money spent on it. It is also a lot smaller than the photos show. Also, it is not very private. Other two storey Villas overlooking the pool and bedroom area

Location was great. Pool was nice, Bedroom and bathroom is spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff pleasant.

Villa One is in need of work. The fridge did not work for the entire stay. When it rained, water ran down the wall in the toilet and formed a paddle. There is no filtration on the shower or vanity water supply so the water smelt terrible. The stairs upstairs are steep.

Great stay in the heart of Seminyak

The staff were friendly and helpful, and no request was too onerous. The pool was fantastic as it gets loads of sun. Great to be a few steps away from the centre of Seminyak.

Villa needs a bit of a refresh as some of the amenities are in need of some repair or replacement. This may just be a result of the extensive Covid lockdowns and didn't impact our stay.

good location, good villa

Very close to the shopping area - approximately 3 mins walk to the centre where the good restaurants and shops are located. Rista, the staff, was absolutely attentive and accomodating. Would def come back.

May not be suitable for family with small kids and elderly as there are lots of water features and the pool is pretty deep.

Unremarkable stay at Villa One

Location close to Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square. Staff named Rista was very helpful

We had no hot water the first night. Shower was not functioning well. No TV in the second floor. TV not working for the first night at the main bed room. Room was not well lit.

Great location, staff wonderful and friendly. The layout is nice and the focus is the pool which is a nice getaway vibe. The size of the villa is great for 2-4 people.

The property is tired, the pictures don’t reflect some old fittings and fixtures in the villa. Upstairs room is tired and stairs are extremely steep, even for young guests. The outdoor shower heads need to be cleaned and the fridge needs to be much bigger. Upstairs bed is poor and uncomfortable and too short for reasonably tall people. The towels and pillows need to be replaced as does the upstairs bed mattress.
