Quintessential Bali vila, lovely bedroom, great pool, open natural bathroom, gardens are sooooooo well maintained
Electrical issues, electric shock form jug and electric shock from metal fridge. The staff immediately took action on replacing the jug but it was evident the next night the fridge gave shocks that perhaps and earthing issue with the villa. They were all over the feedback and had staff attend to the issue. So was handled. But it did personally impact me and my stay and left me with a sense of should I leave this review or not, but I think it’s an important experience to share as could have been more physically impacting than what it was.

Close to everything, the villa is a part of a complex that you have to enter through reception building so you feel very secure. Villa was clean and the pool had great sun. Staff were nice.
They did the mosquito fogging process at a bad time (4pm) and it goes for a couple hours. Can’t use the villa in this time so it’s hard to get ready if you have dinner reservation

The generosity from all the staff was both memorable and outstanding with everyone going above and beyond and helping us with all advice and recommendations as we navigated our first time in a new country

Great location and quiet. I have stayed three times before.
This time around it was a little grubby. The pool level was down and the pool tiles were dirty. There were gecko droppings on the tables. The floor under the dining table was not swept and was gritty. The light switches all had dirty hand marks around them. It was generally more ‘tired’ than my stays in the past.
