Location Location Location. Fully self contained apartment. Amazingly quiet being so close to the Colosseum. Air Conditioned.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Bliżej Koloseum się nie dało mieszkać. Kilka kroków do stacji metra. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania na piechotę lub metrem. Bliskość pizzerii, restauracji. Przemiła gospodyni, która była z nami w kontakcie przed i w dniu przylotu, była dostępna pomimo późnej godziny przylotu (na miejscu byliśmy po północy) i umożliwiła nam sprawne dostanie się do apartamentu. Apartament zgodny z opisem. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

You can see the coliseum from the entrance to the apartment. The train station is a block away. Tons of restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and monuments nearby. Also, very safe. Multiple locked doors/gates. Also, next to the police station. Host Francesca was always available via WhatsApp. She was accommodating with us we had special requests.
The hot water heater is small and would run out of water quickly. I did turn on the boost mode and that helped a lot. Be sure to turn on the boost mode before showering, if it's for more than one person.
