You could not get any closer to the Colosseum. The property is older but lots of space. Quiet at night and dark and the best aircon out of 3 apartments we have stayed in.
So nice to walk out the door late or early and see the Colosseum nice and quiet. Thanks for a great stay
Location, feeling safe as police have a spot down stairs. I think they protect other people who come and stay.
Lift is great.

This is a lovely secure property that is a very short walk from the Coloseo. With the metro close by, this is a perfect location for a stay in Rome. The property is spacious, clean and well managed by Katherina and her colleagues.

Great location - walking distance to many attractions and secure, quiet building.
AC didn’t work well in all but one bedroom - 2nd BR unit was ok - dining room unit - didn’t work at all. The coffee provided was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Highly recommend if you want a place to stay and don’t need a true dining room or living room. We were basically in the bedrooms because it was high temperatures during our stay.
