This is a lovely secure property that is a very short walk from the Coloseo. With the metro close by, this is a perfect location for a stay in Rome. The property is spacious, clean and well managed by Katherina and her colleagues.

- Excellent location. 100m to Colloseum.
- Apartment is quite spatious. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room
- Kitchen is fully equipped
- Excellent contact with the host through whatsapp.
- The building has elevator and good WIFI
The apartment furniture was a little old, and it was a little cold, but overall these were minor drawbacks. Overall it's great.

Great location - walking distance to many attractions and secure, quiet building.
AC didn’t work well in all but one bedroom - 2nd BR unit was ok - dining room unit - didn’t work at all. The coffee provided was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Highly recommend if you want a place to stay and don’t need a true dining room or living room. We were basically in the bedrooms because it was high temperatures during our stay.
