Appartamento situato in un ottima posizione, molto grande e pulito, host molto disponibile

È solo una piccolezza ma magari sarebbe da rivedere l’isolamento degli infissi perché si sentono molto i rumori esterni, e aggiungere un piano d’appoggio in bagno

Excellent location near the colosseum, over a popular restaurant, near bars and luggage storage. Feels authentic but with modern comforts & amenities. Having 2 full bathrooms is a huge plus.

The door was challenging,, took us a couple minutres to get in and out each time.

L'appartamento è bello ampio e luminoso e la posizione è ottima. Ci sono un ristorante ed un bel pub proprio sotto.

Avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione. Rubinetto della cucina fissato male, prese elettriche quasi tutte rotte e cassettiera in una stanza inutilizzabile poiché rotta.

We enjoyed the location. The apartment is a walk up - but has a lift if you need it. We did not use it as it was more complicated and we didn’t want to be an inconvenience to others. There are notes about how to use it left by the owner. Apartment is almost like 2 Wings. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and a bedroom and bathroom on the other. The noise from construction and bottles/ glass smashing after 4 am is quite loud and disturbs the sleep. Restaurant down stairs is great we ate there 2 times even though there was always. Line up we were able to get in.

Cleanliness was poor. As we unpacked we could see dirt and missed spots from cleaning. The first few days we noticed a few little bugs here and there but on night 3 we had lots and lots (like groups of 20 at a time) of tiny red bugs in our bed and around our babies crib. I was up all night and didn’t sleep worried about the bugs. Even as I cleaned them extensively through out the night more would appear. The futon on the floor needs to be upgraded to a bed with a foundation, even a cheap ikea frame would help with keeping the thin mattress off the floor. Linens should be upgraded and extras should be left, especially kitchen cloth. No washer or dryer which would be a nice touch for such a large space.
