Residenza al Colosseo

La casa è carina, pulita, in un ottima posizione. È molto accessoriata e non manca nulla. La persona che gestiva la casa era molto disponibile

Il WiFi non funzionava bene, abbiamo dovuto sempre usare i cellulari. Purtroppo in bagno la presa non consentiva di usare phon o piastre.

A localização é incrível. Próximo de tudo, mas numa rua muito sossegada e com excelentes acessos.

único ponto menos positivo é que não tem elevador e com uma bebé de 1 ano, foi menos fácil. Mas não é foi de todo um problema.

When you first arrive at Residenza al Colosseo you are in a small narrow street but you don't realize that just around the building stand the Forum and the Colosseum in all its glory. Just a very short walk. The apartment is surrounded by tourist trap restaurants so be aware. Residenza al Colosseo is on the second floor. Big bulky and sturdy door. When you enter you realize that you have selected right. What a lovely place. The owner spared no expense. You have everything you need and it's all either new or well maintained. The main room has a big bed with an excellent mattress, great memory pillows and Ikea sheets. 2 big windows, an armchair, room for luggage, clothes hanger and a TV. The kitchen has a dinning table and comfy chairs, a fancy couch and all the amenities you'd expect from a kitchen. There's a mini fridge but it works well. The freezer too. An oven, a microwave and a stove. If you intend on cooking, you have it all. The inner room has a comfy single bed and a tv, toys for kids and a closet. The shower is a bit narrow but works well. Hot water available all day. The owner is lovely, friendly and very helpful. Readily available and answers to msgs almost instantly. There's an Elite supermarket within a walking distance for all your grocery needs. Next door there's an Irish pub (no noise though) and generally you're within walking distance to everywhere. I love this place, I love the owner and I'm without a doubt coming back!

It's over too soon

Great cafe's near by, right next to the Coloseum. Loved having the suitcase valets, a nice convenient addition. Worked great for our family of 4, beds were very comfortable.

Not quite as central as I was hoping but in a great spot, we felt safe. Having to power off the entire unit when leaving made it difficult to keep the apartment cool, but understandable.
