Lack of crockery No electricity in the dormitory room, we were only told there was no electricity on our floor after we arrived "that's why the price was so cheap" is what he said.. to be honest, not that cheap considering the circumstances... This was a terrible way to communicate your advertisement. You make it known in the advert of the circumstances, not put your customers on the spot when they arrive so that they have no choice but to accept. No bed sheet on my mattress All showers had no hot water. There was only one with luke warm water. All toilet flushes for some reason have been removed .. No toilet roll in most toilets... One woman was very dismissive of us and was giving us clear judgemental looks every time we were in the same room. Telling us we shouldn't be cooking past 10pm when AGAIN this is not communicated properly on the advertisement. We had just finished a 3-4 hour drive and hadn't eaten most of the day and the kitchen was the main thing we were looking forward to, and her colleague had told us it could remain open until midnight that day... so it wasn't an enjoyable experience to know we were being expected to rush everything so they could close the kitchen. They expect you to put your pillowcase and sheet on the bed and then drop it off into the basket before you leave which isn't really an issue but felt a bit like we're paying you to do the service for you...

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed!

Loved my stay in this hostel! Rooms were spacious, one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever been. Location is a ok, a bit far from the beach area but bus stops, Old town and shops are close by. Hostel owners/staff were so nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

An ideal holiday for a company of 4 people and with a car.

I lived here for a whole month and during that time I had very few neighbors. Probably the season was not as successful as it was before Covid. But this is only a plus for me, because there are only 8 neighbors in 30 days. Almost perfectly clean housing, which I met during six months of travel. Very friendly owners. Travis' mom spoke a little Russian, which surprised me. Here you will find a large kitchen with all the equipment you need. Unless espresso lovers will suffer))) Each room has its own exit to the balcony. Various shops and cafes are very close.

Far from the sea. The best beach (Zvërnec) is 7.5 km away. Which is a problem for those who don't have a car. But if you have one, it's only a 20-minute drive. Apart from the distance from the beaches, there are no other disadvantages.

Hosts are super nice and helpful! Trevie and Jara. I lost my luggage on the bus and they helped me find it.. very clean and comfortable. has balcony. they gave me a locker to use free of charge. kitchen is equipped.

Very nice hostel. Kitchen is clean and we'll stocked. Very laid back and spacious. Location is right in the middle of everything. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

A bit annoying there was only one functioning shower and one bathroom that locked during my stay. I hope they are able to fix it.

According to the description it said all rooms have AC. When I got there they told me they did not have a AC in my room. I tried finding another place to stay but everything was fully booked. They only had one fan for 2 bunkbeds that did not cover the whole room. I asked for another fan but they did not want to give it to me despite night temps being over 30 degrees with high humidity.

No AC despite being promised an AC. Did not get an extra fan despite asking for one. 1 fan shared between 4 people is not enough due to the rooms lay out.

Alone traveler only can go

It was pretty clean and the host was so friendly.

Toilet was too small, only one person can use it. moreover, I could not flush toilet lol. I felt springs on my bed, which means uncomfortable, at least sheets were clean though. Plus dorm hasnt door. So u can focus on other's walking or talking. haha

They have a fantastic kitchen and great terrace view. Everything is so clean and I had my best sleep so far in Albania. Security was high and they had luckily metallic lockers and padlocks. I felt very safe there. I smoke and I really enjoyed my night smoking in the balcony 😌. Shower and toilets are 5 star.

The location was ok, the staff was nice and helpful.

There was only one bathroom, for 3 big rooms. The room didn't had air-condition and it was so hard to fall asleep due to the high temperature. The mattress wasn't the best one neither.

Very impressive and nice building, the rooms are large with big balcony terrace. Cozy fully equipped kitchen, welcoming owner.

Female dorm is under the direct sun and was extremely hot (end of August).

It is okay for a short stay.

It was relatively the cheapest option in the city center. I like the interior design and the big balconies. Also lockers were a big plus.

I wasn’t really feeling chill vibes from the staff. When I travel (especially to the seaside), I would like to see everyone being chill and kind or neutral. However it wasn’t the case here.

It took me quite some time before I finally found the place. Google maps shows wrong place, had to use directions provided by host. Even then, hostel has no sign on it and it's not easy to realise that this is the building you looking for.

Nice Hostel in Vlore

Nice room! Lot’s of space since I was travelling alone and had 4 beds. Private bathroom. It was clean.

The bathroom was private, however the public bathroom was right next to it and had a window in the private bathroom, so you would hear everything. That is a little bit weird.

Value, comfort and security

The bedroom and the bathroom were both very clean and tidy. The place is well secured. Trevis, the host, was very welcoming. He even helped us to book a shuttle that goes directly to Tirana Airport. The hostel is conveniently located near to mini markets and eateries. Highly recommended to those who are looking for a great place to stay in Vlora.
