Ok for what we needed. Don’t think it was worth the price. Average.

The property was in a convenient location and had a good description prior to booking and easy to find and access. I liked the touches like the welcome pack of tea and biscuits and wine. Beds were comfortable.

When we entered the property we immediately noticed that the floors were not clean. There were crumbs on the floor in the living room, and long hairs on the kitchen floor. The coffee table was also not clean. We had to immediately sweep up. The third bedroom was very small and nothing in there except a single bed. There was a fan in each of the other rooms but not the 3rd (the house was very hot!). There was also no where suitable to do hair and makeup. No dressing tables in any of the rooms. The mirrors were awkwardly placed in the rooms so had to stretch with hairdryer and straighteners. Drive was very tight. Had to park cars in tandem so a bit awkward to get in and out.

House was ok for general things like internet and shower and in a quiet location

Curtains were useless as they didn’t block the light out so had to wear eye covers and pillows were useless as head just goes through them-new ones needed! Lock on bathroom door was dodgy which is why we reported it while there. Was very dirty in a lot of places including dust and cobwebs. Poor light in the lounge and a dodgy tv remote which again I reported as had a dicky button on it-could see someone else must have reported this in past as found another remote in the cupboard but that didn’t work either! Daft system when booking saying I hadn’t paid when I had and then having to go and pick up keys as well as drop them off was not helpful. Asking me to send proof of ID 2 days before we were due to arrive was poorly managed - should have asked for ID weeks before. Then making me panic saying they couldn’t see them attached after I’d left home made us wonder if our booked and paid for holiday was a scam as it was so poorly managed. It appeared when I got there that I had sent it correctly and that they didn’t notice it was attached. Location nice with few places to eat and drink not too far away which was useful. A lot of small things that could be fixed in order to charge so much for a holiday home.

Perfect location, very central to everything and the property was lovel with a nice rear garden.

It's little thoughts like that which leaves a good impression.

The double beds were both small doubles and were tight for comfort for adults otherwise everything else was fine.

Location was convenient, small beach only 15 min walk. Pub and shops walking distance. Bedrooms were spacious and bonus downstairs toilet.

Noisy neighbours, back garden was too exposed and not private. Building site across the road. WIFI was shockingly bad.

Excellent stay in a great location

Modern house. Easy key collection. Very good instructions to house. House Spacious and very clean. Nice bottle of wine in fridge. Appreciated the tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries and washing products. etc. Beautiful white fluffy towels and lots of them. Mid week clean too. Fantastic shower. Any problems sorted efficiently by staff. Parking. Great location. Excellent Cycle path to Poole.

Fijne locatie, achterstallig onderhoud & vies.

Locatie is super. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Quay Holidays was erg behulpzaam na klacht over de slechte schoonmaak.

Schoonmaak was erg slecht! Veel zelf gepoets bij aankomst. Veel achterstallig onderhoud, raam die niet afsloot, bedbodem stuk, tuindeuren die niet helemaal sloten. Jammer!
