Felt harassed by the female staff member and left early to stop her constant complaining.

The location was amazing, the facilities looked good, and the male staff was great.

Felt harassed by a female staff member. I wake up pretty early, and she was upset she couldn't get her sleep. I went into the room once after showering and was then told I couldn't keep going back in because I would wake the other guests. Secondly, I was put in a top bunk when there was a bottom bunk available. I'm a small person, but I hit and scraped my arm on the ceiling and there were ants on the bed. The space between the ladder and the closet was unacceptable. I had to keep stepping over the other guests' things and that made more noise than me walking into the room ever did. I had to leave early because that female staff member would not leave me alone.

Nice people. Intelligent, caring and well-travelled.

A little cool in the evenings. Windows on the dorm won't close. Not an issue if there's no wind, and it keeps the place fresh, but when the wind blows it can get quite chilly. Grab an extra blanket in winter.

Perfect stay

I was a bit skeptical at first because it looks more like a house than a hostel, but I really loved the place. The owners are very kind, the place is very clean, the communal areas are good, location is safe and not too far from the center. 10/10 recommend, would definitely stay again. It helps if you speak Spanish but the owner speaks English too which was nice.

The location was ok but the downtown was about 20min walk But it was up a good incline up then down the other side. The hostel had nice rooms and Marble floors throughout Kitchen facilities had everything you might want

The road to downtown was a 4 lane busy up @ down hill Very busy at the intersections as motorcycles & Bicycles & right hand turns took priority. You had to turn Your head 3 times to make sure the coast was clear The taxi’s cars were guite courteous.

The service from the staff was very friendly. The price was great for the location. Comfortable bed. Great to have secure parking inside the property. An enjoyable stay!

The TV was very 20th Century and only had a few channels whose reception was watchable.

RECERVE UNA NOCHE EXTRA ( PARA SALIR EL DIA LUNES ) Y TODOS SE EXTRAÑARON AL VERME HOSPEDADO ESE DIA, CON MIRADADS DE EXTRAÑES HACIENSOME SENTIR SALIR LO MAS PROTO POSIBLE. (aparte me debían el cambio que se generó por el pago de ese día extra, pero no me lo devolvieron (cuando dijo el Sr. que lo iba a apuntar para devolver cuando saliera) al salir no dije nada. pero supongo que las dos partes nos negamos a mencionar el poco cambio que sobraba, y decidí no mencionarlo ya que fue una estancia sin complicaciones.

Una noche con chinches.

A primera vista, todo se veía bien, el lugar no es el más limpio y ordenado por fuera, pero pues por el precio pensé que estaría bien.

Había chinches en la cama y ya no pude dormir, me picaron todo el cuerpo, la cara, las piernas, todo sinceramente. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.

No es un lugar ideal

La ubicación es muy buena..

No dan ningún comprobante, no hay gente atendiendo, las camas con colchón chueco, no hay buena recepción WiFi. El baño es insuficiente para tres habitaciones, con una imagen sucia o de descuido. Hay muchas cosas de los dueños o habitantes de la Casa, todo un tanto improvisado. Y, no hay facturación, ni pago con tarjeta. Es como si fuera algo que no está registrado ante el SAT

Ya me había hospedado anteriormente aquí, hace como medio año y estaba contemplando reservar hoy, pero ya no más.

Las personas con las que compartí habitación, nefastas. Uno de ellos hizo casi imposible dormir, ya que roncaba como un animal. Otro olía bastante mal y estuvo soltando flatulencias en la habitación, sin importarle que estuviéramos los demás. Para colmo, me acaba de marcar el anfitrión, para decirme que yo me robé una cámara de la casa. Según porque se lo dijeron y porque soy el único que estuvo sólo una noche. Quiero reportar esta ubicación como insegura, sucia y poco ética.

Sitio hermoso, dueña encantadora, limpieza absoluta, olor a lavanda en todos lados. Fue muy acogedor.

Fue extraño no tener acceso a un locker para candados (porque sí hay), pero realmente todo el lugar es muy acogedor y seguro. Siempre me sentí a salvo.

Ubicación perfecta para adentrarte al corazón de Querétaro

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la zona centro, además de locales de comida y bebida cerca. Los espacios compartidos del alojamiento son buenos y disfrutables.

Debería haber más baños, ya que solo vi un baño para hombre y mujer y otro para solo mujeres, y en la mañana era un problema ya que debías esperar mucho a que los demás salieran. Pero realmente no era un problema grave, solo si tenias que considerarlo para que no interfiera en actividades.

No se ocupan del seguimiento de las reglas. En la noche habían otros huéspedes bebiendo y haciendo escándalo, no hubo personal que pusiera orden . No dejaron dormir . El personal sólo está para cobrarte y nada más
