The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room.

Great location, as in centro parking difficult. For us, huge problem:no one stayed at the hotel at night! Yes there is phone number for emergencies but…..The breakfast is sub-par for the price. The courtyard is beautiful. We were the only guests so I don’t know how it would be with more guests. Our room was not on the street which meant it was quiet. The room itself was small—however with high ceilings and a nice bed. Probably we wouldn’t stay again—really someone has to be there always!

This was a pretty nice hotel with a lot of room and in a great area. I would recommend, but felt I should make people aware of my two issues. First, I would warn that it does not have A/C. I didn't realize this until after I got there. Our room had a small porch, but it got very little breeze. We had the fans going and windows open all day and night. There is no way I could have stayed in that room during the summer. Second, this hotel does not allow you to bring alcohol into your room. This is not listed and I was unaware of this policy. My fiancee and I were stopped by the front desk going to elevator because I was holding a couple beers. I felt like a child having to hand over my "contraband". My room has an entire kitchen in it, why would I not be able to have alcohol if I can cook an entire dinner? This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at and experienced this.

We stay for 3 day, we really liked bcz everything is walking distance, the only problem the we have is the they don’t have AC just 1 fan and during the night was so hot. And because is floor everything is so dusty.

Superb building but poorly maintained. Everything that is fixed to a wall is loose, on the edge of breaking. The appartement had not been cleaned before our arrival, had to have a cleaning crew come the next day to clean as we arrived very late for our check-in. The fridge broke, we got stuck in a broken elevator. Elevators don't work 50% of the time. Drains blocked, toilets not flushing, broken window screens (infestation of mosquitos until it was fixed). Most furniture is wormed out (broken couch). The bed where comfortable. With all of the above, on our 5 weeks stay, we had to have the visit of maintenance 5 times for different issues. The good news is that maybe the next guests will have something decent. On the plus side, the top floor has a nice view and the building's location is convenient. There are two restaurants on the first floor and both where good with excellent service.

The room had not been cleaned before our arrival, we had to have a cleaning crew the next day come into the apartment to "clean" in surface. No deep cleaning had been done for months and weren't done either during our stay. Cigarette buts on the terrasse, hair on the floor, etc... The screens where mostly broken so we where infested with mosquitos the first nights until they sent maintenance to replace and fix all screens. The fridge broke, needed to be replaced by a mini fridge for a day until they came back with a normal size one. (lost the food we had purchased). Shower drain was blocked and toilet didn't flush properly, had to have the maintenance over for this as well. For the first 2 weeks, it seemed like we had maintenance in the appartment every other day. 1 elevator has been out of service 50% of the time. My wife even got stuck in it when it broke down. Pushed the alarm button as the elevator stopped moving mid floor. It was a bit panicking ! Furniture is getting old and couches aren't very comfortable. There is no AC so, depending on the time of the year, can be uncomfortable. Other than that, location is great, close to downtown and on the west side of the city. Both restaurants on the first floor are good. The maintenance crew are nice people altough I wished I hadn't have to see them so often during my stay ! :-)

I had to change room as my bed was infested with bugs leaving my body full of bug bites. The manager inspected the bed and said that there was no bed bugs but accepted to change my room (to a smaller one, at no charge) The location is convinient on a very nice street of Queretaro.

It was nice, my only complain is that there is a policy of zero alcoholic beberages in the rooms, and in case you drink any they will put a big fine on you. Thats really weird for a place like this. Also light is not so good in the aisles or corridors, and there are big plants and stairs to some of the rooms as they are like one room over another, at least at my floor, so it could be dificult for old or disabled people

The room I stayed in had only a small window facing the inner yard and thus little natural light. Room was spacious and bed comfortable and clean. but other than the bed, there were many other places that seemed not so clean and well maintained. Location is good, and there is a minimarket and a restaurant inside the property so very convenient.

Shower had black mold, sink was clogged, we were profiled due to our gender, were asked for a security deposit when we witnessed nobody else was being asked for one, at checkout we were asked to wait 15 minutes for cleaning staff to check our room for us to get our full deposit back, we were asked to pay $7 for a dirty towel, for which we were only shown a picture of a dirty towel as evidence, no actual towel was ever physically shown to us, 3 days stay, nobody ever showed up to clean the room and change towels or bedsheets BTW. We actually think it was a case of gender profiling duw to us being a transgender couple
